I received an order that was three days late, on 13th January 2022, and opened it today (14th January 2022). I did not try to check the state of the product because I believed it would be in good condition, as any other person would. But when I did open the bag, to my dismay, the products are damaged. They are damaged beyond the point that I feel uncomfortable consuming them. I ordered a few packets of chips and a few boxes of biscuits. The chips packets are not damaged, however, they too like the biscuit boxes are covered in some oily substance for whatever reason. All the products are covered in the oily substance. I ordered 5 Milano biscuit boxes. They were at the bottom of the packet so I couldn't see all of them. That is why I ate one box today. That box was also covered in the oily substance but I paid no heed because I thought it would be a one-off issue. However, as I looked for more biscuit boxes, I found out that two of the boxes were in bad condition. Both were worn out from different sides and were torn in some areas. To make matters worse, the box that I did decide to open (which was in bad condition) also had a dead insect inside it. One of the biscuit packets (out of the 6) had a disgusting dead insect stuck to it. I want compensation to be in the form of a refund (for the products I want to return, that being the 4 Milano boxes left) and I want discount for future orders (if any).
