I had placed an order with your jio mart.in the delivered order some item were missing. As the oder was delivered in a sealed packed i didn't check the same & paid for it. After few hours when i opened the bag i found an item was missing. I had complained about the same to your customer care, who assured me to solve the problem within 48 hrs. But since there was no response, i again called up customer care and asked to escalate my complaint, but instead he disconnected my call. And when i complained through twitter, they again assure me to solve the same on priority basis. But it's over a week & still there is no response from jio mart
