We order products from Jiomart and most of the times the product quality supplied to us very bad quality. There app is also not working most of the time. I order biscuits and broken, bad smell products was supplied to us and now they are refusing to replace the item. I tried to make the complain through the app, but it was not working. Then after trying 4 day, I make a complain through twitter. But no action has been taken. Now they are telling that it is almost 10 days over, we will not replace it.
