Jiomart — Missing Product not received

Had ordered Rice on 3rd Feb 2022 along with other groceries, but have received the product on 6th Feb 2022, but Rice was missing, I informed the delivery agent the same. He told he will update me and speak to his manager next day, which he didnt and also me calling the Rep repeatedly on 7th Feb 2022, to which he said many lies of manager being busy, in meeting, shared the ordeal etc, but nothing was updated, again on 8th Feb 2022 I called the Delivery rep many times and still am waiting for my 10Kg bag Rice of Wada Kolam.

Later Mr Ganesh connected me to the Manager Saif and he too assured me the issue will be solved and gave another person number to speak too.
I have logged the complaint under JioMart app, twice, the first i had logged complaint on 6th Feb, but now its not showing and again i had
logged a complaint and the issue is pending to be addressed.

Mr Ganesh Singh and manager Saif had given me the number of Representative - Ankita to resolve my issue, since last 2 days, Ms Ankita isnt replying and has blocked my number and still am waiting for my issue to be resolved, and deliberately ignored the messages, that forced me to order Rice again. Neither have received the refund nor the missing Rice.

According to Jiomart policy the delivery agent was suppose to open the bag infront of customer, which Mr Ganesh didnt do and later when my mother asked me to check, the whole Rice bag was missing (same was informed to Mr Ganesh, same day) and its been 6 days, dont know what they are doing. They are Pathetic
asset of the company, should be replaced with genuine and diligent employees.

Terrible Representatives and terrible service from JioMart. Never expected such kind of service from such a reputed company. Also have the recordings of the customer care reps and their assurances( all lies), if needed, will post. Thank You.

Why there is no action against Jiomart ? I can see there are lots of complaints against them. Rotten vegetables, No refund, No delivery.

I have ordered something last month which was supposed to get delivered by 31st Jan. But till now there is no update
