Had ordered Rice on 3rd Feb 2022 along with other groceries, but have received the product on 6th Feb 2022, but Rice was missing, I informed the delivery agent the same. He told he will update me and speak to his manager next day, which he didnt and also me calling the Rep repeatedly on 7th Feb 2022, to which he said many lies of manager being busy, in meeting, shared the ordeal etc, but nothing was updated, again on 8th Feb 2022 I called the Delivery rep many times and still am waiting for my 10Kg bag Rice of Wada Kolam.
Later Mr Ganesh connected me to the Manager Saif and he too assured me the issue will be solved and gave another person number to speak too.
I have logged the complaint under JioMart app, twice, the first i had logged complaint on 6th Feb, but now its not showing and again i had
logged a complaint and the issue is pending to be addressed.
