No end to harassment by jiomart
In continuation with ou previous complaints, another added example of harassment by jiomart.
As per the following screenshot, attached herewith.
The order was placed on 21st march.
And it was shipped on 22nd march.
Shipped means the order is packed and handed over to the delivery person to be delivered on the same day.
But instead of delivering on 22nd march, they have postponed it for 4 days, telling it will be delivered on 25th march. Why? No reason. No explanation.
No end it to their harassment, causing hell of trauma and waste of time for us, we suffer when we do not get the needed items on time, making them liable for have you punishment and penalty for their persistent attitude to harass customer, punishable under the consumer protection act 1986 by the consumer court.
