Jiomart — Product missing as per invoice billed | |||
Order no.[protected]w missed to deliver complimentary item 10 pieces of 3 ply face masks, tried contacting jiomart support from every possible way but didn’t receive any resolution yet 18/07/2020 – ordered items and order id generated[protected]w 22/07/2020 – delivered the order but 10 pieces of 3 ply face masks was missing as per invoice Called jiomart support and registered complaint vide ref #[protected] where i have been assured a call back from concerned team within 24 hours, which has not been done yet 23/07/2020 – dropped an email to jiomart support and got an auto acknowledgement vide reference #00041afhde1nn42b but again no resolution or reply on top of that email 26/07/2020 – tweeted jiomart support that i have dm them the details and to support me with the issue 30/07/2020 – reminded jiomart support about the dm i did on 26th july. 04/08/2020 – dropped an email to jiomart cs head keeping jiomart support in cc 04/08/2020 – jiomart cs head responded to contact me sooner which didn’t came yet 05/08/2020 – jiomart support responded that they will resolve at the earliest but no response yet 09/08/2020 – jiomart support tweeted back to dm the details again which i did but no reply received Basically i tried reaching to jiomart via different channels, but it simply shows their no-bother attitude and several people have flooded in social media with similar complaints for their poor support rather no-support Was this information helpful? | |||
