On 6, may, 2023 i received this order no.[protected]A, i opened the box in front of delivery boy and found that the packet has a cut on his bottom, because of that item was spilled in box. i asked delivery boy to return this product, but he denied by saying that the i already paid for this product by QR code, so he cant return the money, neither he can take this product as the item is spilled and not in returnable condition. He ask me to contact customer care executive. customer care executive and he ask me to accept this product and raise a complaint on Jiomart app for refund, i raised a complaint, in answer they rejected my complaint by saying, item is not Returanable. How it is my fault, when package was opened in front of delivery boy and i also accept that because Jio mart executive ask me too accept that. The phone no. of delivery boy is [protected], they can call him for details of this delivery.
in reply, they denied by saying during verification theyt find it is not in accordance with the policy, the reason being that their resources show that the orders were delivered without any issue.
which is completely wrong, before that they were saying there are high refunds from this account, when i told them that their is only one refund taken till date from this account, they changed their stance by saying that order is delivered without any issue, so that cant procress refund or return.
this is a health product, i can take health risk by accepting this product.
