I had made the order with jiomart, paid using store credit. And order has got cancelled and the refund has initialized. More than 27 days gone, i have not received my refund.

I have contacted the customer care, they replied, we don't know about the store credit, hence ask me to send the mail to [protected]@jiomart.com.
Continuous 5 days, they replied, refund has initiated, check your bank side.
I will reply, it is store credit payment, can you check on it.
Continous 5 days, they replied the same and stop replying.
Can anyone help me, how to contact them?
