Once again I am back on social media for JioMart. I am with many others to say that JioMart is a big cheater. I had placed an order[protected]A) on 31st December 2021. Delivery person of Jio came to me on 3rd January 2022 with only 1 quantity instead of 2 quantities I had ordered for. While asking for clarification he acted as a surprise to him and acting as if he is not aware of such thing. He asked me to accept the order and raise a complaint for the balance quantity. However, considering past cheating experince with Jiomart, I said him that I am not accepting the order and hence rejected the same. From that day (3rd Jan) I am still awaiting for refund and even continuous follow ups on email, I am not getting satisfactory response. It seems JioMart have kept stereo type customer care officials, who provide standard response without checking any query details from customer. I must say that full team including management is a big CHEATER. They are not at all concerned with customers. They keep finding new ways to cheat customers. I suggest to all to place order only as COD with JioMart and also when it is delivered, please check the quantity and product first, expiry date, etc. and once you are satisfied then only make the payment else you will follow up for your money and spend good amount of time on follow up.
