1. We placed one order with jio Mart and the order was confirmed.
2. On the day of delivery, we got the following message, showing the details of the order to be delivered by the concerned delivery man.
3. The delivery message stands as follows.
Shipment #[protected]A-02 of your multi-shipment JioMart order has been dispatched and will be delivered by Delivery Associate Altaf Mustaqueem [protected] . Please pay Rs 199 to delivery agent. To pay via UPI or other modes, ask Delivery Associate for details. Your Delivery Confirmation Code is 6058. Track your order on https://t.grab.in/?4b5c3a47e2
4. We made a call to the delivery man on the mentioned contact number of the delivery man and ask about the delivery time of the order item.
5. We were shocked to find the arrogant reply from this delivery man, who said-the order has been cancelled and will not be delivered to us.
6. We asked for the reason and how a delivery man can cancel the order in this way without any reason at his own end. He disconnected the phone.
7. We put this matter to the customer care to lodge a complaint against such arrogant delivery man. But regretfully the customer care person refused to lodge the needed complaint.
8. What sort of people jio Marty is having. Totally arrogant and irresponsible to customers.
9. Such way of working and arrogate attitude to harass customers are panishable under the consumer protection Act 1986 by the consumer court with heavy penalty and heavy punishment.
