GRIEVANCE SUBJECT
Still after JioMart confirmation, they supply bottle of 60 tablets instead of 120 tablets.
Grievance stands as follows
1 Look at the following attached Screenshot
Of giloy tablet bottles, showing only 60 tablets in one bottle.
2. We attach hair with the copy of our email also sent to you on 21st March, categorically asking you that as per your app and as per the telephonic confirmation with your customer care people, you should send the delivery only if each bottle contains 120 tablets.
3. Still after you people confirm on phone that each bottle will provide 120 tablets, you did not care to confirm it with the pharmacy who has supplied these bottles.
4 Result, waste of time and harassment for us.
5 now as discussed with your Mr Abhishek, your customer care person, we attach here with the screenshot of actual bottle showing 60 tablets and our email asking you to confirm 120 tablets in each bottle.
6. Now arrange immediately for a return pick up of these bottles.
7. And make the refund of rupees 210, crediting it in our Jio Mart wallet.
