I ordered an item in Jiomart online on 25th September 2021 and billed for the same. Name : Sathish Kumar Sridaran Order Number :[protected]A Shipment Number :[protected]A-01 Order Date : 25 September 2021 Product Total : ₹252.00 Order Amount : ₹252.00 Invoice Number : TNB[protected] Invoice Amount : ₹252.00 Payment Mode : PREPAID But received a different brand for which I have quality issues earlier. Hence I raised a complaint prefer a replacement or a refund as the quality of delivered is not same. Complaint Date : 26 Sep 2021 Complaint No: #[protected] I raised this complaint on 26 Sep 2021, on Sep 27 2021 I received the below email that the issue has been resolved without any resolution.
