Jntu Kakinada — Can't reset my password

I'm tring to login jntuk portal.. But it shows wrong password, and I'm trying reset my password.. It shows that password has been sent to your registered mail id but I'm not getting that password.. I'm trying to login with another mail id but it shows your hall ticket number already registered.. What I have to do.. Please resolve it as early as possible
