Jntu Kakinada — Forgot Password - Retrieval issue

I am Kattekota Venu Kumar. I forgot my password and when I was logging it was showing invalid credentials. And unable to retrieve or update the password by using forgot password.
Trying to register with another email id is not working.

Please do the needful ASAP.
