Jntu Kakinada — Hall ticket already registered when registering for OD

Hi sir,
My hall ticket number is 17131A05F1, when I am trying to register at online services for OD. It is showing as your hall ticket is already registered with xyz mail. And that mail ID is wrong.
Could you please help me with that
