Jntu Kakinada — I have not received SMS or email regarding my OD status

I have applied for my original degree in JNTU Kakinada website and after many days it shows that OD is printed on 27th September but i have not received any tracking number of my OD through SMS or email. I want to know the status of my OD, if it is dispatched or not. can someone please help as no one is receiving calls from University.
