I applied for my original degree certificate from jntu kakinada in july. And it is printed on long back. Till now i didn't received my certificate. They charged rs.4000/- for my certificate and they are not issuing my certificate.
I contacted the administration for the same purpose and they don't have any update about my certificate. Even they have details of my application and tracking. University contact numbers and mailids are no use. They are not responding to my calls and mails are not going that particular mailids.
I paid rs.4000/- for my certificate and they are not issuing my certificate.
Please help me in this matter...
