Jntu Kakinada — Od is printed but not received

I applied od in may 18 2021, , but i am not received my od..I checked in pending list my registration number is not there in that. Status is showing your application is printed…i did not get any od postal tracking number.What can i do.Any alternative solution is there ???please tell us.
