I have applied for Provisional Certificate in my College in 2020, and even paid tatkal fees but i haven't received any certificate till now, jntuk is saying that it was printed and college saying that they haven't received, i'm struggling in the middle, i tried calling JNTUK more than 100 times but no one is picking the call, i need someone to help me out in this, here is my contact number requesting you to sort out my issue ASAP
