Facing the same issue
I forget my password for the JNTUK online portal. Now I'm trying to reset the password after entering the email address a pop us coming stating invalid email. I have already paid fee my for OD and I need it urgently. Now even I tried creating another account different email address it was showing my hall ticket number was linked to my email id with which I'm unable to reset my password.

Hi all I was facing same issue
but it is case sensitive
So i have registerted email id with first letter as captial
that is why it is showing as invalid email id
but it is case sensitive
