[Resolved]  Jobmoney.in — Fraud

I have received the call from the above website person called Mr.Shayam. He told me that their customers ( kajaria ceramics, Nestle and kirloskar Pneumatic) have shortlisted me for interviews and for that you have to register with us ( jobmoney ) along with their sure shot jobs scheme. For that they guided me the gateway to make the payment. The gateway opened via cc Avenue.com and through the same I made the payment for Rs. 6000/- + service tax and for sure shot job I made the payment of Rs.19500 + service tax. Saying all these amount will be refunded if you don't get job in 90 days. Now I am not getting any feedbacks from them nor anybody receiving calls. I am having all the correspondence with me. Please help me to recover the amount and punish such frauds. So be the targets of the same.

New Sales Corporation — Charging Fraudulently

Dear Sir,

I have a Reliance Mobile CDMA connection since many years.
Now recently while checking the bill, I have noticed some charges in my bill for some Value added services which i never asked for. And as a matterof fact and to my astonishment, I'm paying these charges since quote a few months.

While talking to there customer executives, they agreed that this got automatically activated and they can deactivate if I want. That is Ok. But what about all that money which I'm paying since quite a few months? They are not ready to give the reversal for the same. If they would have given it to me, I would not putting any claims. But since they are not ready to pay anything back, I want to put a case of 420 on them as they charged me with something which i never asked for and that too without my knowledge.

Please guide me as to how I go about it. I have the complaint number with me.

A question to people who got the job! Why did you have to look into the site for reviews and post that you got a job, when any one gets a job they would only carry on with it and not keep posting goodies...

it has been more than 20 days, not even a single call, the phone at the reception is not picked up. the person(rohit) who took the order does not bother to take calls. the staff does not know how to talk to the clients. nobody comeback, despite big promises

One who dont know the diff between hike n height - is getting jobs is something to doubt about.

I got a call, and i played along. They are fraud. Confirmed.
No big company hires consultants like these who charge or make candidates pay. Please do not get fooled into things like these.

For that they guided me the gateway to make the payment. The gateway opened via cc Avenue.com and through the same I made the payment for Rs. 6000/- + service tax and for sure shot job he asked me to pay 1% of my CTC ie 35000/- which I refused to pay. Saying all these amount will be refunded if you dont get job in 90 days. Now I am not getting any feedbacks from them nor anybody receiving calls.

I received similar calls from clickto resume where they asked for my preference . I asked for jobs in my city in my own sector only. The companies they named never exist! On challenging they disconnected the line.

Pl. take action against these frauds / circulate the mail to maximum so that others donot get trapped.

Yesterday a similar call came from their number[protected] at around 5 pm and a lady from their side transferred the call to her senior a bigtime fraud . He asked me to give 1% of my previous CTC which will come around 25K as processing fee to get me job in DLF. I don't think that a company like DLF will auction their jobs to frauds like JOBMONEY.IN to collect payment from professionals.This people have to be dealt with the law of the land for cheating.

JOBMONEY.IN IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY. They will send you mail n will say for switch over job or sure shot job and you will have to pay 1% of CTC and they promise to provide you job in 90 days otherwise they will refund you money. I also enrolled for that service and i pay around 6180 rs for that. They did not arrange even a single interview in 90 days and not even they response. see the mail which he has sent after receiving money from me.

I registered with job money and so far I have received good services with them.They charged me Rs.7000/- and later on an HR contacted me and asked for my CV.he also took a telephonic interview with me. Now I am getting job openings at an average of 8-9 per week .Not bad ...Rajiv Jain

If you do not know how they work it is not advisable to put a complaint and making any company in bad books .I have benefited and I can vouch for them.

JOBMONEY.IN Switch of your job services is the most fraudulent service available. They are such chameleons. They stop replying to calls after you make the payments. They changed their words, commitments, sometimes 'services' after your payments. Such cheapskates I swear. I was promised a certain set of services BEFORE the payment. After the payment, they tell me there was a miss-communication from both the ends(???really???) and so I wont get all the services I was promised. They stop taking your calls, there is no one to complain to(cos the entire clan are frauds...). My cash dust grows on trees. I have to slog for it and to waste cash like this on these sick is so painful. I ended up crying. Is this how these cheapster feed their families??By cheating? I hope GOD REALLY BLESSES them lest they should rot in hell. I HOPE THE HEAD or CEO OF JOBMONEY.IN is making a note of what a dirty name these guys have when it comes to premium services. BEFORE i made the payment I checked online for reviews and DID FIND BAAAAAD REVIEWS for these services, but the guy I spoke to sounded trustworthy. But he turned out to be the biggest cheapster in the lot.. SO, the reviews were correct! JOBMONEY.IN ARE FRAUDS! And I know they nitin jain They r soni. Or gaurav.

Fraud and Cheat company, they will commit anything before you make payment and then you keep waiting for them to start the work you paid them for, all who have been cheated, do the following :

- Stop payment if you have recently paid.
- Ask the Credit Card company for refund, stating no services provided by them and they are fake job portal.
- Spread the word about this fake company so that they will cease to exist when no one falls to their trap.
- Report their website as phising(everyone should do this to build a strong case) using this link to google so that other people are saved http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/
- File a Consumer complaint against them for not providing the services and cheating customers.

Its a fake company, stay away and do the following if you have been recently cheated by them:

- Stop payment of your cheque
- Ask the credit card company for refund due to promised services not provided, file a complaint with them.
- Report a phishing fraud with google, so that they block their website(others will be saved), http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/
- File a complaint with ccavenue, http://helpdesk.ccavenue.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/3, ccavenue cannot support fraud merchants and have to shut down this online payment gateway when they will receive many complaints.
- Spread the word through the social media about their fraud activities
- File a complaint in the consumer court for taking money and not providing services.

All this will help others and they will be saved and soon this company will not be able to chat anyone.
