Jobishh.com — Fake job offer and when asked for refund saying will deduct for services and service tax

Dear all, Jobishh.com is a fake job offering company, this is the old "NOW
NAUKRI" their service Tax number is registered in now naukri
i have already complained in this forum that i was cheated with an amount of 226400 offering job in Ericsson Australia and there was no news and no job soon i found that this is a fake company so
I made my complaint in delhi police -cyber crime, and asked jobishh.com for refund,
soon there will be strong action against this company
and when they were ready to make me refund, they claiming that they will pay only 145000 the rest will be deducted for the service and service tax, i have not asked for any service, i was made register offering job and the sales person specifically said not to tell anything about job when commercial call as it is just a payment verification call, so the sales person himself faking us for the verification call so that they can use as a record to cheat us just to make this legal,
but everybody should know the signed scanned copy itself is not valid, please nobody should sign their service agreement form which they use as their legal side safe, this company is cheating hundreds of candidates
