        Have already logged the complaint No. 7338 (Govindram Rangaram) -Shivshakti Nagar Mahamandir

        I Want to state besides 20 hours have lapsed, there is no communication or resolution of the Power Outage . I have also spoken to Executive seating at toll free Number, but he has not provided me any contact Number of Line man to cordinate with for tresolution of the issue.

        Seems like the complaint not taken seriously despite several follow ups .

              Respected Sir,
              I would like to bring your kind notice that
              I forgot to pay only last electricity bill of rupees 2336/- due to my office workload and the due date was 30th November 2021. Your officer/lineman has disconnected electricity of my house without giving any notice while my parents live in my home. They had to live in darkness in old-age. Due to disconnection of electricity, they have to migrate to nearby city where my brother lives.
              Line man told me that he was obeying A.En's order.
              Sir, We have paid all the bill on time since connection was set up ( Approx 50 years ago).
              I, therefore, request you to do the needful.

                          As i mentioned in subject it's a lot of problem and there is no one to rectify this mistake and we are just paying the bill amount as much they fill in the bill.
                          This is really a wrong side of the company and a complaint also registered with reference no. [protected] with no response.
                          Hope this will help us something to rectify the complaints as soon as possibl.

I gave call to minimum 10 members from JVVNL staffs but they are not responding and not even responsible to their duty... Why is this Gov. In Rajasthan like this...

                                        To, Jodhpur Vidhyut Nigam Limited it has been 6 months since I have paid for the new meter installation but no services provided by the electricity board no meter has been installed yet, What kind of services is this? This is 3rd time I'm writing mail regarding the new meter installation but no response or action has yet been taken. Very poor and slow service by Jodhpur Vidhyut Nigam Limited(JDVVNL).
