We have a 3 phase connection and one of the phase is not working since last few days. We have filed more than 3 complaints in the last 36 hours. Every time they register the complaint, provide a complaint number and say resolution will be provided within an hour or two. But there has been no resolution.

Also when we call the helpline and provide K number they say this number is not showing up in their system even though the connection is 2 years old.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have a issue related to electricity bill. My current total power consumption which is showing in electricity meter is 45 Kw, but each and every time your electricity bill come to us showing assumed numbers o[censored]nit from jvvnl.
It's been 1 year since no person of your JVVNL has come to take metre reading, they are just send us electricity bill from random assummed Units.
Kindly look into this matter and send your JVVNL person to kindly note the current UNIT of electricity from metre.
And another point to note down in this matter is that we didn't use this house from last 7 month's since we live in another state and come here only once or twice in a year, that's the reason why we consumed only 45Kw power since metre is issued to us.

In last 5 day we complaints many time to local area line man to solve folt problem but he didn't listen our problem so please solve our this problem quality

Sir / ma'am, Our electricity bill for the month of july 2021 is too high. Approximately every month the bill is around Rs. 250 but this time the bill was of rs. 15965. Its too high. I can't afford to pay it. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.its a request.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is the second time I'm complaining or writing mail because of no response from the first mail I wrote to Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam LTD, I Request the Electricity board to look into it and solve our problem as soon as possible.

I request Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam LTD. to install an electricity meter at my house. It has been 3 months since I made the payment for the meter installation for which I have a receipt. Electrician working under Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam LTD in my area is not giving any kind of attention and after making payment for the meter they are not installing a meter.

What kind of service is provided by Jodhpur Vidhyut Vitran Nigam LTD please explain? I request the electricity board to make fast the process for meter installation. Hope you to look into this matter.
