There projects are a fraud for whom they provide. I bought on april 2017.
For 5 person health insurance project, they say 90% accuracy then only 50% payment will be done but application is such that you can't manage. They have tricks. They have taken business fee rs 86000 at the start and never returned it. I didn't get money but i had paid my employees. For this projects, i bought chair, tables and computers all waste. I have invested my 4 lakhs but got nothing.
I was asking them before buying projects that if you can provide any information of any center where this projects are already running but they denied.
This is fraud thatswhy they deny.

This is anand from bangalore. We taken hi project for 5pc from josoft technologies. And lost so much money. Before going deep. Just let u know about the project. (It may be bit more, but hope it will help u.)

Work is simple, they provide u the data and u have to update into the provided software. You may think its easy. But the fact is u wont get the same kind of format every time. For ex: we have taken the project for 4 times (Just think we tried hard with 14 employees day and night. Then also we could not able to achieve 95%, you may think that we did mistakes. But the thing is they provided data each time with some difficult. They are playing smartly with the accuracy part. U will get the next set of work only i[censored] achieve more than 95%. U will get 50% payment i[censored] achieve 95% above and u will get 100% payment only i[censored] get more than 99.1%. As i tried for many times am telling u. This is never be possible to get 99.1% that means u will never get full payment. At max u can achieve more than 97% (I[censored] use some other way thn normal) then also u can get 75% of payment, that is around 1.50lac. I promise u that u can never be able to achieve 97% with just 5 peoples. For 5pc hi project also, u need to use atleast 12 employess to complete both typing and checking work. It is not so easy to maintain all ur expenses with just 1.50lac.

Second fact is, i[censored] take the first project, they will never tell u about the remarks deeply. Just like that they will give u some old excel sheet as instruction file with normal remark instruction. I[censored] give 100% in rest 43 fields also, they will easily get the mistakes in remark field because they wont tell u clearly about which is vaild and which is invalid. So for the first time they can easily restrict u below 95% and terminate ur agreement. And i[censored] think only this is the problem we can achieve it for the next time if we take (As we tht) for the next time, they will simply give u the data with different font that is very difficult to understand and that would me more blur kind of images. It was so much difficult to check and give 95% accuracy and also data with so much confusion.

It is not so easy to give 100% i[censored] get that kind of images and formats.
Images and remarks which we dont care in the starting as we would focus with the data. But trust we remarks is paying an important role in this project. Because they wont tell u all the invalid formats. U have to ask each and every doubt to them whetr it is valid or not. It is not possible to ask all 15000 data and in each data there is 43 fields u simply cant ask u everything.
U will get the idea about the remarks only i[censored] work on the project for 3 to 4 times (As i got).

After hearing all this, and still i[censored] hope (Great i[censored] have), i am telling u one more thing, this is not an end. I[censored] give 100% with all these difficulties also simply they will terminate ur project saying that there is backend space so we rejected your project. (So simple)

What else i can say, we may take hi project as its having only 86k as security deposit as others having more than that. But think, they made a safe trap for u with accuracy. This project maybe real and josoft maybe real i am not telling that they cheated. But the real fact about this project is u simply cant give 100% for the full payment. And u simply can run ur office with max of 1.50lac. (I[censored] work day and night).

Positive thing is there support team will give u good support. U can ask as many queries they will give u solution but one by one. U ask 3 questions and they will answer for one. But otherwise they give u good support. We cant blame them.

But dont expect any help or request at any cost. I[censored] give 89.9% also u wont get payment. But they make u wait for few days and tell u the same thing that admin team denied to give u data. And even u give 94.9% same thing will happen. They will never help u at those case.

I dont know what else i can say. But the only thing is, i understood clearly about the project... Who all are starting with 5pc center or small center.. I am posting this only for you, its is not possible to maintian our office with this project and there accuracy.

These company told me on telephonic discussion to change the status of my
Compliant to resolved. So that they find out a solution for the problem and i changed my status to solved and they said me to apologize for the compliant i done, and i also apologize for the same but yet there is no solution for my problem no call no new work given and not even they refund any amount of my payment as the problem was due the software we cannot submit them the data. This people do not find they way out of my problem... I want atleast 50 % of my payment back.. This people had done fraud with people from nasik, chennai.

We BHARAT ENTERPRISES Having adress St-03, Dinshaw Apartment, Opp Navin Hind School, Bhawani Peth, Pune-42.Insurance project from Josoft technologies and paid 86000+tax .The project TAT Tine was 20 days.while we sign the agreement The Managing director of JoSoft technologies Mr Rana(mobile number [protected]) told to us that they will give 24*7 assistance for the project.But unfortunately we wont get the proper assistance from their end. They provide a software for the project and we want to work on that software.But on 18 th day of the project they crash one software of 3 pc and we lost all data on that 3 pc.Immedietly we inform then through mail and phone(Mr Varun kumar [protected], Mr Mukesh[protected], Mr Rana MD of company[protected]) But we wont get any assistance for two days and they clear it on 20th day just 6 hours before TAT time.
Thats why we were not able to complete all files before TAT time we cant able to achieve above 90% accuracy and they wont give any payment for that project and not given rework of any excuses.

After contact with them they talk politely and send the project details. I have asked to provide the sample images but they denied and ask me to make the signup payment of Rs.15000+2500 Ser.Tax = Rs.17, 500/- (incl Rs.10000/- Security deposit) for 1 pc work. After making the payment they send me the sample file and given the demo and send agreement papers. After signing the agreement they allotted 250 pages tobe completed in 22 days.

Facts of this work: Just impossible to complete this work.
1. Each page having more than 1000 words & 5000 characters
2. Each page having 50-52 lines
3. You may be receive 4-5 types of stories with different types of images
4. Some pages of fonts very difficult to understand
5. Some word are having half space & some double space
6. You have to spend more than 10-12 hours per day for this work.
7. After all No Guarantee for accuracy, their error count list as follows
8. The deduction of your accuracy and errors is calculated for whole slot not for one page.

After completing the work, they never pay money...Guys dont take any project from Josoft / GTO BPO.

Guys don’t take any projects from this company, you may lose your hard earned money.

All most all bpo companies are doing this type of cheating by sucking people’s money.

All most all BPO companies are doing this type of cheating by sucking people’s money.

I have taken Canara bank form filling work project. The project has been provided by Josoft Technologies. I heard about Josoft for providing good projects hence I contacted them for the same. I started to work on the projects. Few months later, when the bank refused to provide me projects I was shocking to hear that. I told him to know the reason then they informed that I am outsourcing the work to another company that’s why now they don’t want to give me more projects. I Contacted to Josoft but they were unable to help me.

I took an Image data entry project from Josoft technologies. After the Demo and registration I worked on that and few days later I have to faced many complications with my project because there was some problem in my Database so I was not able to continue with the work. I informed the same to Josoft but not got good response from them, they told that database issue is not from their end so they can’t make my payment. I am in a big trouble.

We have signed a contract with Idea outbound projects for one year; we have taken these projects by help of Josoft Technologies. After getting training by Idea Company, we have started work with 35 seats for 17000 to 21000 fixed payout + incentive but after 8 month company broke our bond and said that you are outsourcing our projects. After this we have called them many times and explained that company is related to us but they are not ready to continue with us. Regarding this we contact to Josoft Company but they are saying they can’t help us now.

I am Faruk, I contact to a leading business outsourcing company (Josoftech.com) for data management project. They help me in getting data management project for RBC bank. I setup my own office with 10 systems as required for these project and given us 15 days (after training) time for data submission. We have worked hard to complete this project but after project submission bank has deducted 20% money and said that it has been done just because of your work quality is low according our quality parameter. Regarding this we have contacts to Josoft team in this regards but they are also saying we can't do anything for these issues because this contract is between both of you; you should to contact RBC bank directly.

I had taken a form filling project of SBI bank from Josoft technologies. I am working on many projects with SBI from 7 months but suddenly the bank refused to provide me the projects and I am totally confused why they are doing this to me even I am working with them from 7 months. Then I contacted to Josoft for the same but they clearly informed me that they can’t do anything in this regards, because the matter is done between client and SBI Bank and they are consultant which can only provide work.

I have taken a survey form filling data entry project from Josoft Technologies. I was provided many online surveys sites and I worked on them. Company told me about the payment that they will pay total payment Rs/- 90500 but they only paid 85000. I was very disappointed with this. I asked them that let me know the reason behind it then they told that there was some mistakes in my work an because of the low accuracy they deducted some money from my payment.

I am Ravish; I am working for tablet sales on outbound projects provided by josoftech from last two year but suddenly the company cancelled our bond. I am totally confused with this decision taken by company, regarding this matter I contacted manager of Josoft Technologies but they are saying they will try to help but can’t sure they will resolve our issue because the matter is between me & client.

Hi all, if you are planning to work with Josoft then on some places you have to face problems. Josoft Technologies is best source to find online or offline data entry projects but it’s It support team can’t help you in night shift. Regarding this issues we have talked to Josoft manager (Mr. Saurabh) but he is saying we have already tell you our working time is 09:30am - 06:30pm then how we can help you? But now I am in big trouble because I have hire 10 employees and have only 5 PCs where they are working in two shifts.

We have contact to Josoft Technologies regarding online form filling projects; they really help me in finding form filling projects for Vodafone. Vodafone provided us training and then we started work for with 15 seats that mandatory according company rules for these projects. We have worked successfully on these projects more than 8 month but this time company has not given our full payment. They are saying this time your work accuracy is very low that is less that 82%. We tried to get help of Josoft team but now they told us, we are not responsible because this agreement is within you and Vodafone.

I have been working with Josoft technologies for Syndicate Bank form filling data entry project. Training time I was satisfied with the work but at the working time I was little confused on many steps. Then I contacted to bank to resolve the Issues but they were taking a lot of time to resolve and haven’t got proper help. When I contacted to Josoft for the same issue, they told that they can’t help me much as they are acting as a consultant and they can only provide project.

Hello to all, I was working with Josoft since 18 Jan 2015 and worked approximately 1 year. My last day of working was 26 December 2015. The reason for leaving was my mother’s ill health due to which I was unable to continue with my work. I informed the same to my HR and she was very stubborn on serving my notice period else she told that 15 days salary will be deducted. I was shocked to hear such a statement in such a serious condition at my end.
Now what should I do?

I am employee of josoft I left the company because I am suffering from dysphonia and migraine and doctor advised me for bed rest minimum 1-2 month. I informed this to my management that I would not able to serve the notice period. I submitted my resignation a long back, but due to my immediate joining in another company, I was unable to serve my notice period hence I was denied of my relieving cum experience letter by the HR. When approached the management, they also did the same. The letter is of great importance to me as I have spent 1.5 years working here. Please someone help me in this regards as what to do next.

I visited josoft office hind nagar colony, aashiyana & everything looked fine, they said you will get demo work after contract signing and if you are not satisfied with demo work we will refund your full money but now when I am not satisfied with demo, they are saying you will get your money after deduction( 10% company fees + service tax).
