Hi to all,
It’s a Bad company, not providing data for projects for which I have signup with this company. Four month ago I have contacted to Josoft Technologies Pvt Ltd regarding home based data entry projects, and then I sign up with the company. I worked successfully for two months after that they said they said that because of low accuracy both the time they won’t be able to give us more data. We have taken this loss due to their unwillingness to give us further work.

Josoft technologies are a fraud company as they are not giving my work payment now. One month ago Josoft Technologies offered us part time home based data entry work with a small registration fee, after registration we started work but after work submission we asked for our payment. On that Time Company said that your work accuracy is very low so company hence can't pay you and they rejected our work only because of low accuracy. We don't know how they checking our work and deciding on accuracy.

I worked with Josoft Technologies for home based data entry work. I was given a form filling work. Before live projects they provided me a Demo that how to work with the project. I was surely satisfied with the Demo. Then I took live work but after a couple of days I faced some types of difficulties with my software so I could not able work on that project. I requested them to refund my money given at the registration time but they refused and said that they cannot refund money after giving live data.

Please help me if there is any way to get my money back.

I heard about Josoft from one of my friend. He worked for many types of data entry projects with this company. I also wanted to do work with Josoft Technologies hence I contacted them and took a SBI bank form filling work.

After some time I have to faced few problems in payments. I contacted to Josoft Company for the solution but they informed that they are not able to help me. Because the payment cycle of Bank form filling works is totally dependent on Bank. I also tried to contact to the bank but didn’t get any positive response from them.

Now what should I do please suggest.

I am working in Josoft Technologies since April-2013. Last year (2014) I got salary increment but this year I didn't get salary increment.

When I asked about it with my management, they informed that salary increment will be only applied on performance basis. Increment has been cancelled for most of the employees.

Please confirm me Whether Company can have rights to stop the salary increment for their employees?

I have joined Josoft Technologies on September 2014 and worked their till Jan 2015. I almost completed five months but still I haven’t received my relieving letter. I have also tried to contact HR but didn’t get any response. And right now I required the release letter from Josoft so that I can join another company. My issue is pending for long time; I want to see it as resolved.

Please help me to solve my Issue.

Hi all, some of my friends are working with Josoft technologies for home based data entry projects & they are really happy to find a good & trustworthy company. I also contacted to josoft team for some projects but josoft director Mr Rana suggested me for an Australian client to pick the work from there but unfortunately I am not satisfied with there (Australian client) services. about this matter I told to Josoft director but he also refused to help me and told that the matter is related to me and the Australian client so that he can't help me anymore.

We are working on home based data entry project provided by Josoft Technologies Pvt Ltd. We are working from last 1 year with the same company, currently we are facing problem in our payment mode they paid us on monthly basis. We have contacted to Josoft team to change our payment mode from monthly to weekly but they are not agree with this.

A BPO company(Josoft Technologies) from Lucknow offered us home based work and part time data entry work. We are totally confused what should we do?
We have searched about Josoft in google and tried to find some information about this company, here we found few good & few bad reviews for their services, now we are not understanding what decision should we take?

Josoft technologies Pvt Ltd, I has worked in this company just 2 month due to bad rules & regulations for employees. Company has cut my 3days salary due to one day absence.

I have worked in Josoft Technologies Pvt Ltd more than 2 year as full time employee. Josoft HR said, she can't provide me my experience letter just because I have left company without completed 15 days notice period.

I have taken health project of 5 users from here.after sometime i got to know that their software cann"t take update if more than 6 done at a time.at final stage correction is in bulk

their DESIRED QUALITY IS NOT FIXED.
WITH THIS ALL HOW SOMEONE MAINTAIN 95 AND ABOVE ACCURACY.IF SOFTWARE DOESN"T TAKE UPDATE WHY...

This complaint is against Josoft Technologies Pvt ltd. Lucknow. Which has taken huge fees of Rs. 85000/- for their 5 PC health insurance project from me and they did not tell that their software is a trial version. they said this price is for original software the company will provide however it was the trial version and expires before their delivery date. I made several complaint to their support but no help found. Also they did not gives me the appropriate time to compenset this wastage of time. I was unable to do QC of my work, actually they want the same. When I submit my work by facing so many challenging, As they planned they reject my work by showing quality issue and not pay single money to me. Also they are not given proper detail of their project that how to do that. All they are fraud people and not want to pay money to any one.

I don't think that they have any real project. They are circulating the same work to many people. These project are well designed and no body achieve 95% of that. Also their software have many problems and data updating issue.

Now I am in very trouble I have lost my all saving in their Fraud Project. I have to purchase five system and also have to pay workers salary from my pocket. I request to you please refund my all money from these fraud people.

I took a project of Health Insurance Data Entry, they charged 85 k as a security, I did their work in their given time. But they didn't give me any payment.

Fraud hai isme sabi. Sabse bde cheater hai Rohit or Ye Rana

Don't take any project from Josoft.

Plz sir help me .I have taken the project from josoft but after some time I handed over their project coz that company don't have well reputation in the market so I handover that project but they return me only half money I need my all money back.plz help me.

Mr J.k. Rana, He is a big fraud. guys dnt go with this company they are a big cheaters. J.K.Rana is a big natwarlal of this company he will treat you and conveyance you easily and very gentely after your project submission you will be ignored even in his support team only mr suhel will help you and guide you everthing otherwise nobody will treat you and Mr rana is a big liar even he never reply for your mails, he dnt know anything abt his project he will tell you everthing wrong and when you ask his support team they will tell you other things and in last you will get nothing bec he will tell you your mistakes are too much this and that.if any one want some more information please call me or mail me at paras.[protected]@yahoo.com or call ( [protected] ). its a request dnt go with josoft technologies or gtobpo or

JOSOFT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD Having adress (1-B Nanak Arcade 85-A Hind Nagar L.D.A Colony, Opposite Shivalik School, Lucknow-226012 U.P. (INDIA) +[protected] [protected]@josoftech.com), Had cheated us 4.5 lakh +Tax for 20 PC offline Health insurance data entry work and Rs 50000 for Dealership.
We NPIT PARK Having adress 2nd Floor, MK Building, Kuttiyadi, Kozhikode, Kerala, one of the non voice BPO center took 20 Pc Health insurance project from Josoft technologies and paid 450000+tax and 50000 for dealership for Kerala.The project TAT Tine was 20 days.while we sign the agreement The Managing director of JoSoft technologies Mr Rana(mobile number [protected]) told to us that they will give 24*7 assistance for the project.But unfortunately we wont get the proper assistance from their end. They provide a software for the project and we want to work on that software.But on 18 th day of the project they crash one software of a pc and we lost all data on that pc.Immedietly we inform then through mail and phone(Mr Varun kumar [protected], Mr Mukesh[protected], Mr Rana MD of company[protected]) But we wont get any assistance for two days and they clear it on 20th day just 6 hours before TAT time.
Then also we finished all files before TAT time but we wont get time to do QC for that particular Pc and we cant able to achieve above 90% accuracy and they wont give any payment for that project and not given rework of any excuses.
