[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — Company not providing Relieving / Experience Letter

Hi all,
I am employee of josoft I left the company because I am suffering from dysphonia and migraine and doctor advised me for bed rest minimum 1-2 month. I informed this to my management that I would not able to serve the notice period. I submitted my resignation a long back, but due to my immediate joining in another company, I was unable to serve my notice period hence I was denied of my relieving cum experience letter by the HR. When approached the management, they also did the same. The letter is of great importance to me as I have spent 1.5 years working here. Please someone help me in this regards as what to do next.

I want to say thanks to Miss Tanu ( New HR of Josoft Technolgoies). She helped me to get my relieving letter. She communicate with manager of the company regarding this matter and I don't know how She convinced him. Thanks a lot ma'am :)
