Jpeg to word conversion project we take from josoft technologies the give some terms and conditions and we complete the project with in the dead line time and we submit the project on time and the said that they will send the qc report with in 7 days but they are failed to send the qc report in 7 days on 8th day we send a mail for asking about the qc report to director (Rana) and manager (Rohit) and support department but they dont reply for our mail and our director call to the manager (Rohit) they do not pick the call we are continuously make a call to rohit but the number is busy one day he pick our call and we ask about the qc report and rohit say that tomorrow i will tell them to send the qc report after 10 day we got the qc report in that report your accuracy is below 70 percentage so we can make payment we checked the qc report they didn't check all pages they check files randomly about 5 to 10 file and that the find those mistakes and they send to us we asked for full projects qc report after 20 days that means today they send the another qc report again they check only 20 to 30 files but we type 760 pages in this mail also they are saying that so many spelling mistakes so we cant pay for your work and we said that ok give me the grace time to rework the file and give you the 90 percent qc report but they refused to give rework from the above story we finally know that they are totally fraud # and rascals they all cheat the peoples who are taking the project from josoft tech dont believe the fraud guys they are doing crime with legal documentation with help of qc report so dont believe them Do anybody want more clarification kindly contact me [protected] [protected]@rnksunsystems.com Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Sep 24, 2018 Josoft Technologies Customer Care's response Hello Sir, neither the Projects nor the company is fake and the parameters are set only because they are achievable or else the project would have not even existed in the market. We are not asking for 100% of accuracy in the work always. The accuracy of work done varies from person to person considering their methodology of work. The option of Rework is not provided in this project and it is clearly mentioned in the agreement. If the accuracy parameter is below the minimum requirement as per the agreement then there is a problem at your end, how the company can be held responsible as this is an offline project. If an issue occurs or query arises our support team is always helping you out even on the minor queries. Also, everything is clearly mentioned and described in the legal agreement signed by you. On your request, the QC was done twice and still, there were so many spelling mistakes in your work and the accuracy went below the threshold, even the checking of whole work would not have helped its cause. Still, if you feel QC is still not done right you can challenge it once again. So instead of blaming a company let us know genuinely were we went wrong as per the contract. Thank You!

hello stop the all nonsense ok you are there to cheat all people ok and you all are cheat the people in the name of legal agreement and the QC parameters

most of these offline project that are fake, they give reasons thru QC.. why not continue the work even there are mistakes it can be perfected as times goes by, why terminate the agreement... this are the most alibis of the offline data providers to cover up their fake projects

By going through all these complaints and resolutions we could understand there is some issue in the company. I was about to join the team but now have little hesitation. Josoft needs to clearly ensure transparency and support to the people who trust them. I also feel that they have a team to prepare ready-made answers to the complaints which is not fair.
