I have worked in Josoft Technologies Pvt Ltd more than 2 year as full time employee. Josoft HR said, she can't provide me my experience letter just because I have left company without completed 15 days notice period. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Josoft Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 09, 2016 Josoft Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Akhilesh, you did not found your experienced letter just because you did not served your notice period according to company rules. We have discussed with our HR regarding this matter and she told that you never follow any rules of company anyway you can contact again to our HR department (+91 [protected]) for better help.

I also worked with josoft technologies Pvt.Ltd. But i have no issues of any type, just like you said about experience letter it can be wrong because i have also 3 years experience and i have received my experience letter from Josoft Technologies.There is no fault of Josoft Technologies.

Dear Akhilesh, I am agree with you. This is not a good company for anyone who is looking for good startup in Lucknow.
Dear Akhilesh, If you are doing good with company then how you can aspect more to company end. All company makes rules & regulation for employees.. rules such as notice period that's employee should follow. I think company are doing good with employees such as you.
Experience letter is a very important document for showing your previous work experience with a current employer. But if you didn't work in the same company till the date mentioned in notice period then you should request to company for giving your experience letter.

This is not fare, the company is doing wrong with you. The same incident has been done with one of my friend also. He was also working in Josoft technologies and had to faced many difficulties for his next job only because Josoft refused to provide his experience letter.
I think this company is not good for its rules an regulations.

Dear Akhilesh, not serving your notice period in Josoft is good decision taken by you because if you have served your notice then also they will never provide you your experience letter. I have also worked in this company more than 2 years & completed my notice period but they have not provided my experience letter till date.

I think you should to contact with your previous office again. Because no any company can keep the experience letter like this.

I have resigned from Josoft company, but the HR is not providing me my relieving letter, experience letter and salary slip. What can I do for getting my documents from the company.
I have been working in Josoft technologies from more than one year, at interview time they told me that my salary will be increased after 3 months of training. I did my best with the company but they did not increased my salary yet.

My problem at the moment is that my former company (Josoft technologies) is not giving me my experience letter.

This is not new for Josoft, this happen with many employees in Josoft Technologies.
The company is good for outsourcing but its not good for the employees of Josoft technologies. They don't take care of their employees for salary and reputation but the company have good data entry projects related to health insurance, form filling, jpg to doc etc.
Even we can earn 4000 or 5000 per week by these projects.
