[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — It support team not working in night shift | |||
Hi all, if you are planning to work with Josoft then on some places you have to face problems. Josoft Technologies is best source to find online or offline data entry projects but it’s It support team can’t help you in night shift. Regarding this issues we have talked to Josoft manager (Mr. Saurabh) but he is saying we have already tell you our working time is 09:30am - 06:30pm then how we can help you? But now I am in big trouble because I have hire 10 employees and have only 5 PCs where they are working in two shifts. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted to Mr. Suhail, tech support member of Josoft Technologies.I requested him for help.He helped me by giving extra time but he informed that further he will help in working hours only.Thanks a lot sir. We want to inform you clearly that this is already mentioned in the contract that we can support you only in the working time (09:30am - 06:30pm). If you had this type of problem you should to sign the contract after check all the term and conditions.
So that the fault is not from our end.
