[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — Refused to refund my money | |||
I worked with Josoft Technologies for home based data entry work. I was given a form filling work. Before live projects they provided me a Demo that how to work with the project. I was surely satisfied with the Demo. Then I took live work but after a couple of days I faced some types of difficulties with my software so I could not able work on that project. I requested them to refund my money given at the registration time but they refused and said that they cannot refund money after giving live data. I have contacted to Mr. Saurabh (Manager of Josoft technologies). He communicate with me very politely. I informed him about my issues and he refunded my money after deduction of (company charge + tax). Josoft Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
