[Resolved] Josoft Technologies — Salary increment Issue

I am working in Josoft Technologies since April-2013. Last year (2014) I got salary increment but this year I didn't get salary increment.

When I asked about it with my management, they informed that salary increment will be only applied on performance basis. Increment has been cancelled for most of the employees.

Please confirm me Whether Company can have rights to stop the salary increment for their employees?

Josoft Technologies Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am here to inform you that according to our records last year your work performance was good. But this year your performance was not too good that's why our management has to taken this decision for some of our employees. I am suggesting you to maintain your work and performance you will definitely get the increment in you salary.
