[Resolved]  Jukaso Journeys — fraud - wrong amount charged and fake commitments and promises shared about the holiday package & additional services and no reply

Dear directors,

I was been cheated through representatives of your company dated 2nd jan 2018 and membership id no. 106859, case in details produced as below:

I was received a call by your representative, named pradeep, on 2nd day of january’2018 in afternoon that i have won a lucky draw prize (Consisting of several vouchers and gifts) so on request of pradeep, i visited “journey by jukaso” office in gurugram along with my wife (As it is mandatory as per pradeep for your company) to collect the prize.

When i visited the office, pradeep introduced me with ms. Chandni and mr. Zaffar for further discussion. Then they started discussion about holiday package with additional service (Gyms membership like gold gym, 12 nights per month in delhi ncr hotels, banquet booking fee etc.) with 5 years membership plan. After that negotiation been started with inr 95, 000/- and drop down to inr 80, 000/-.

They offer us the mode of payment as cash/credit card/emi. We choose the emi option and selected the 48 months option with monthly emi of inr 1, 666/- and further more they informed us that emi will be started after the 45 days from now.

On above said condition of payment i. E. Emi of only inr 1, 666/- approx., we liked the plan and accepted it.

But our credit card (I. E. Citi bank) was swiped with inr. 80, 000/- immediately and after objection over the full amount swipe they assured us that within 24 hours citi bank will call us and they will convert the amount into emi with 0% from journey by jukaso’s end and at the time we were under the impression that our emi will be from jukaso’s side.

After swiping the card, we got an agreement to sign and they don’t gave us the opportunity to read it. I got welcome call within few minutes in front of ms. Chandni in which she instructed me to say yes because she informed us that customer care takes 45 days to send the welcome kit but i will send the kit within 7 days.

On the same day in the night, we called the citi bank about the transaction and bank informed me that our card was swiped with full amount and i have to convert the transaction into emi from citi bank’s side and not from jukaso’s side with interest.

We were completely surprised when we read the agreement at home, we found that terms & conditions were completely different which we got verbally. They said we can cancel it anytime and can get our money back by cancelling it anytime within 5 years only by paying inr. 5, 000/- but as agreement clause no. 8.1 “traveller are allowed a period of 10 days to withdraw the application and claim a refund of amount paid less administrative charges of inr. 5, 000/-, clause no. 8.2 if application for cancellation is made after 10 days than 40% is only refundable and as per clause 8.6 if application is made after 60 days then full amount will be forfeited.

1. We send the e-mail to customer care over the following email id for cancellation on 04/01/2018:

Over our request on cancelation, i have received ticket creation mail with reference no. 1005232 on 06/01/2018 around 4 pm with a message that representative will send me a response within 48 hours.
But till date there is no response received over the ticket on my cancelation request however as per tat shared in mail your company is responsible to share the response till 08/01/2018, 4:00 pm. Even though i have given reminders.

2. Also for your information, from next day after transaction i. E. 02/01/2018, we continuously called ms. Chandni for the cancellation and aadhar card (As my card was not returned in your office and she promised that she will return it back to me nearby my residence “uttam nagar metro station” as she also lives in same area). But now i am realizing it was fake commitments which she shared as now she is not responding on my call. (For my aadhar card if any reasonable action not taken from your end then i have to opt police fir to save its wrong use.)

At last i would request you to return my inr. 80, 000 back and i had not used any of your service. Your all representatives sharing fake commitments ms. Chandni lies everytime that i will call you in the evening for assurance but then no call even no replies of messages received.

I believe your company service is so rude towards customer who trusted the company. With this manpower, i believe company can’t provide the service for 5 years, as the whole execution team is not been able to share service in very next days of transaction.

So now i have no faith over the company’s service, so requesting you to share my amount back, otherwise forcefully i have to act strict legal action within 2 days.

Till now no reply received from company's side. I think this is the modus operandi to cheat the innocent and ignorant common man.

Fraud company and fraud directors(Rajiv Khanna Jukaso, Yajush Khanna etc) not responding over the complaints.
No response received till date from fraud company's side.

Every time Jukaso company is saying the same thing but no response is received from company's side.

The same response wording received every time irrespective of concern.

Its been more than 1 month and till date there is no response received from jukaso side.

It is surprised to see that goverment is not taking action over it.
