they promised 11n nights but gave only 4 nights package have taken Rs90000.
Please refund asap
they make sign the agreement. beware
Please refund my whole amount. Please beware of Girish Ranjan and Chandni at their Gurgaon centre
They forcibly make you pay amount and forcibly
they promised 101but gave only 40 nights package have taken Rs150000
With false commitements o[censored]se of banqueste halls, free summer coaching classes for the kids, free best westin resort visit with family members day time, 50% discount of food at any banquet across india, they mention and show club mahindra properties and other star resort and commit false promises to the members... And finally they offer cost price here also they commit false emi schemes and take full payment by credit or debit card.. Make people to sign agreement.. After agreement is done and payment is received when contacted they say they got only jukoso properties which are very cheap and that too based on availability.

This people are fraud and cheat ...They must be beaten on streets. Fake promises, they dont have any tie ups. I am from Goa. and will make them cry now.Need all yours support.
When you cancle your membership they say 60% amount will be deducted as per terms and conditions open loot of peoples hard money.

PLease share with all the complainants here on forum ..lets show them the power of people. WIll make them mercy for their wrong doing on streeets of Delhi along with managment of Jukaso.

Lets gather all at Jukaso Sunder Nager, New Delhi . PLease creat FB page and add all members or share a link so that members can join.Then in unity we will screw them all means everybody involve in scam and fraud.

    I take a membershipof jukasojourneys. Jukasojourneys employees name geetanjali and priyanka gulati suggest me and force to take and they cometted that 12 night, movie voucher parlour voucher, 0% emi and also renting if i don't want to use but now till date i am not received any voucher, or emi intrest amount and no renting and they are not responding my call and msg then i talk to customer care they say amount will be deducted 60% i want full amount. Any how.

    This is to inform you that this member Ms. Rabiya Khatoon bearer of contract ID 102999, had purchase a 3 years membrship plan on 8th Dec, 2017 and applied cancellation on 10th Feb, 2018, according to company's term & conditions mentioned over purchase agreement duly signed by member this cancellation is falling in our past recession cancellation slab as per same amount deduction is supposed to be of 60%, to inhibit this loss of member, we offer full & final settlement package to members against paid amount which not only justify member's amount but is of more worth then the paid cost by member, our concern department (Retention) will be in touch with member and will provide them best possible resolution to resolve the issue.

      I have purchased 10 years membership in June, 2017. They promised me a holiday in Goa. I have booked my air tickets based on their promise and they did not provide me accommodation. I have to spent a lot of amount for stay as i have to book hotels at last moment. After this episode, I have asked for a refund. But despite of so many follow ups and personal meeting still i did not receive my refund. Need help.

      Greetings!!!

      This is to bring to your kind notice that member Mr. Bhuwan Chandra Joshi bearer of contract ID 77499 had purchased a membership plan on 17th June2017 and applied for cancellation on 18th June, 2017 due to some confusions, however our concern department (Retentions) had a lengthy discussion with him over a meeting and member was retained mean agreed to continue the membership with us, later due to some booking issues member had again applied for cancellation on 19th September, 2017 this time also department tried it's level best to satisfy member by giving proper resolutions but ultimately considering member's cancellation request had refunded the required amount to member to close the case, hence company's account with member is now closed so there is no point left for a consumer complaint after same.

      However still if member has any concerns or doubts left our concern department will be in touch with member once again to get the things settle down for ever.

        Jukaso is a fraud company . while giving membership they are so quick to swipe the card and take all the amount but in cancellation they cry as if its their money .They have called us giving the lucky draw free trip offer and sold their membership of 5 years for 95000 rs saying u hav to take decision today only as offer is limited for today only but when i went next day they were making more fools.I took membership on 12 oct 2017 . when i came back home i read reviews and felt cheated and decided to cancel the membership very next day on 13 oct 2017, they arranged our meeting with mr. ashish who said we are working towards consumer complaints and requested to stay in company he looked very genuine at that time but now i feel i took right decision to cancel the membership they said they will return money within 90 days as per the contract after that I have called them so many times they always said they are processing it now they says it will take 90 working days .
        and that too with a check of 3 4 months later date. i said give me this in written but she(ms soniya) denied . she is also a fraud like their company .
        i want my hard earned money back.please help. 90 days has been completed plz refund my money back your company has no ethics . you should refund money well within 3 months otherwise no one will trust your company .my whole work place now knows about your frauds.
        if you want to earn money earn with quality of your service not by keeping others money and earning intrests on them .I have never experienced such cheaters.

          Hi,

          I have received so many calls from the company and finally I said yes ti visit the corporate office on Mehruali Road, Gurgaon. Afterwards the Employees Chandni and Zafar sold me a membership for 5 years and I made a down-payment of Rs.20, 000 on December 10, 2017. After couple of days I heard so many bad things about the company and asked Zafar to cancel the membership he asked me call back and never did. Afterwards I called him so many times finally on 20th He picked my call and asked me to write an e-mail for the cancellation . I did the same on December 20, 2017. From that day till now I'm trying to get my refund and now they told me that I'm not under the cancellation policy as I've requested the cancellation on December 20 after 10 days and I've to cancel it within 10 days but I've tried to make so many contacts but the employees of the company were not ready to help me. How am I supposed to know that I should have cancelled it within 10 days no-one told me about this at the time of registration. That time they told me that I can cancel it anytime. Please help me to getting my refund of Rs.20, 000

            Hi;

            Completely a fraud so called company which are taking hard earn money of a middle class family. Not a different story i have been through. Jukaso Team called up my wife along with me on 20th Jan-18, they put all trick together to brain wash and given all wrong commitment, such as they have 4 & 5 star properties, They will provide booking in any season, Breakfast is included, they have shown the properties on their laptop which actually does not belongs to them, there were 2-3 person along with their so called senior manager and were not allowing us to leave without convincing us, not giving any opportunity to explore the product and passively forced us to take out the money. We have paid 65k and when we got T&C to surprise it was all different what they offered. Also the property which they own or so call own are 3 star only. Moreover we tried booking for a weekend which we never got and story goes on,

            Sooner we realize that it is a fraud, we approached them for the cancellation and refund of our Money. they were so prompt while taking your Money but now the story is completely different. No one was willing to attend you, on insisting they have given us a form to fill which we did. they asked us to write a mail at [protected]@jukasojourneys.com which we did. We written several mails but they have not responded on any mails.

            I am awaiting their response before take any further action.

            Request all to take it to next level so we can save people to be cheated further. This has to be stop somewhere.

              Brain wash of people.. They invite people to their jukaso inn promises, false commit people about their tieups with associate hotels across india and abroad...               When asked about dae booking they say dae booking by which we can go for any star resort by paying 1100 rs are not included in your package.
              They make agreement and male sign the members.
              People who are illiterate or without any knowledge they fall pray to them.. Loose their hard earned money.. And receives disappointments.
              They also brain wash kids by taking about free passes, water park passes, coaching, games, summer camp and parents fall pray.

              Request you to kindly take the issue on priority.. Looking at consumer forum complaints pls take the issue forward.. Seal the hotel jukaso and put inquriy in place for the scam... With the help of ngo and people im going visit the property soon at sunder nager delhi.

              This is to confirm that at the time of sale mean when member had purchased the membership plan, company's concern department had initiated a verification recorded call, which is in routine processed to understand any misselling/ objections/ doubts of prestigious members, over which our particular member had agreed to every point and confirmed everything is clarified correctly, hence allowed to process membership further over recorded call, after all such process there is left no space for same member to accuse company of any false promises, however the cancellation request falls in the slab of Past recession cancellation, after 10 days of purchase, where as per company's terms & conditions agreed and singned by the member over purchase agreement as per same deduction of 60% membership cost with taxes take place.

              Just to inhibit member's this loss as member had paid amount of Rs.10, 000/- we would like to offer member full and final settlement holiday package which will be more worthy than the paid amount to settle down and close the case.

              Let me tell you i want my full money refund along with interest and i will going file mental harassment case against you along with all the members on board ...send me the recording .. and why dont you have executives calls recorded when you promises fake commitments to members.

              Why will I accept your terms and condition in case you will manipulate the actual picture and will handover the agreement after taking money.

              I will take you guys on delhi streets just wait and watch if i dont get my money i know how to get the amount back.

                Hi everyone,

                I have also been cheated by jukaso. They have taken 25, 000 for one year membership from us in october 2017 and made all the false commitment. They promised for free membership of gym in some "universal gym" and now when i asked them about that then they say that they are still trying to have a tie up with gym. Such a big cheaters. I even tried to book a room in goa for 3 nights in month of march 2018, but their customer care says that pay the remaining amount i. E. 50k for 3 yr membership then we can book. I even called many times to mr. Zafar their sales representative and he told that it will be done. But nothing has been done and now he has even stopped picking up the call. Mr zafar and miss. Chandni are real cheaters. I am going to file a legal complaint for jukaso and also for mr zafar and miss. Chandni (They are real [censored]es). How can they do such fraud so openly without any fear. Anybody wants to join me in filling the legal complain then plz contact me [protected].

                With reference to the above complaint which i have posted...I received a call just 2 days after my complaint from mr zafar to delete the complaint as soon as possible then only these people ( the JUKASO beggars like zafar, chandni and their team ) will book any room for us in goa. Actually we booked our tickets for goa in month of march and almost 45 days before we called zafar to confirm that rooms will be available in goa at that time and to book a room for 4days. But after we booked our flight he stopped picking up the call. then i wrote the above complaint and just after 2 days i received a call from zafar that delete that complaint immediately then only they will booked the room. Because of this i marked my complain as resolved but soon after that mr zafar ( the world's biggest beggar ) stopped picking the call. after calling him million times he picked and said my grandmother is not well, then he said he met with an accident ( i wonder ye zafar chandni nd whole JUKASO ke log and family wale marte kyn nhi hai ) and all type of random excesses, and ultimately we booked some hotel by ourself. So again i am writing this complain so that other people should be aware of this and should not get trapped in this. And we have already formed a group and filed an FIR against them...processing is still going on. I have also filed a RTI againts ceo of JUKASO jurneys and even this zafar and chandi...let them be famous now and their family should know what kind of beggars they are. They dont have any gym membership which they have already sold us with our membership and that Chandni ( super ### ) she is also going to that gym...hahaha ...such a ### she is . Its a big fraud company...people who want to see bikharees in suits and sitting in ac room and asking for bheek then plz come and visit this place. :P
                I have lost my hard earned money and people those who have suffered the same plz get in touch on [protected].
                These two persons are completely involved into the fraud named Mr. Salim Zaffar and Ms. Chandni. There company is big fraud they only know how to fraud with innocent persons.

                I too fell in their fraud, they took all the money from my credit card. Fraud liers chandani, zafar... These people won't be spared..

                  Jukaso Journeys commit us to provide member ID and password for DEA as per contract, still not any respond from their side and even we are not able to login as member on their website as mentioned in the contract i.e jukasojourneys.com. They just make a call and commit on all the points mentioned above but noting has been received till date.
                  My memeber ID :178121. How can I proceed further to book any destination without login as member.

                  Greetings!!!

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that our member Ms. Sunita Bhushan had purchased a 3 years Bronze plan on 2nd october, 2017 and member had some objections on behalf of which she had raised a cancellation request on 16th October, 2017 which was falling under slab of post Recession as per company's terms & conditions agreed and signed by the member mentioned over purchase agreement, however member had meeting and discussion with our Retentions Specialist and was retained and agreed to continue the membership on 7th Jan, 2018 considering her issues are resolved.
                  We would like to further confirm that it's not possible to provide DAE credentials (Login ID & Password) to member from DAE as this facility isn't included in our 3 years plan, but without DAE credentials we would be providing DAE services to member through our internal chanels against DAE fee of $99 to $125 within Asia and $125 to $250 outside Asia for entire 7 nights (Week) varies from location to location, hence meber will not be deprived from using DAE facilities only same will be processed through our Jukaso customer care department.

                  So we can consider the issue is resolved and request member to remove the complaint and enjoy the facilities.

                  We have already payed membership. Jukaso had not communicated any additional charges to us regarding DAE credentials. At the time of meeting Jukaso committed us to provide DAE credentials (Login ID and Password) and now we are even not able to login through my Jukaso ID. Please clearify all these matter with Mr. Raj on behalif of Jukaso, if there is any issue in this regard. The contact No. of Mr. Raj is [protected].

                    I have been cheated by this company. member id 11143

                    Received a call from their representative on 12th January 2018, saying I have won some lucky reward with 3 prize. Went to their office in gurgaon on 14th with wife (as it was compulsory to go in couple).

                    Set there with their team and they start explaining about all their holiday plans. They were offering lucrative holiday vouchers and not giving any time to realise that it was a scam. We were not allowed to use mobile so we can't google anything about company's history. We had to give them a yes or no decision within 5 minutes, as it was last day for offer. We were offered a 5 year plan for 95000 and on negotiating it was bring down to 70000 and 50000 for 3 years.

                    We were charged 50k saying it has been changed in EMI. But when I went to bank the next day I came to know it was one time payment and banking can convert it to EMi with high intrest rate.

                    Also I will be receiving a amount god knows what after 3 month with a three month PDC check.

                    Pls help me to get my hard earned money back. And Pls dont get trapped in scam like these.

                      I have been cheated by this company.

                      Received a call from their representative on 12th January 2018, saying I have won some lucky reward with 3 prize. Went to their office in gurgaon on 14th with wife (as it was compulsory to go in couple).

                      Set there with their team and they start explaining about all their holiday plans. They were offering lucrative holiday vouchers and not giving any time to realise that it was a scam. We were not allowed to use mobile so we can't google anything about company's history. We had to give them a yes or no decision within 5 minutes, as it was last day for offer. We were offered a 5 year plan for 95000 and on negotiating it was bring down to 70000 and 50000 for 3 years.

                      We were charged 50k saying it has been changed in EMI. But when I went to bank the next day I came to know it was one time payment and banking can convert it to EMi with high intrest rate.

                        Jukaso is a fraud company . while giving membership they are so quick to swipe the card and take all the amount but in cancellation they cry as if its their money .They have called us giving the lucky draw free trip offer and sold their membership of 5 years for 95000 rs saying u hav to take decision today only as offer is limited for today only but when i went next day they were making more fools.I took membership on 12 oct 2017 . when i came back home i read reviews and felt cheated and decided to cancel the membership very next day on 13 oct 2017, they arranged our meeting with mr. ashish who said we are working towards consumer complaints and requested to stay in company he looked very genuine at that time but now i feel i took right decision to cancel the membership they said they will return money within 90 days as per the contract after that I have called them so many times they always said they are processing it now they says it will take 90 working days .
                        and that too with a check of 3 4 months later date. i said give me this in written but she denied . she is also a fraud like their company .
                        i want my hard earned money back.please help. 90 days has been completed plz refund my money back your company has no ethics . you should refund money well within 3 months otherwise no one will trust your company .my whole work place now knows about your frauds.
                        if you want to earn money earn with quality of your service not by keeping others money and earning interests on them .I have never experienced such cheaters.

                        he tried to do fraud with me by asking otp for transaction of 9999.
                        this is too much everyone is trying to loot innocent people.

                          My story of getting into the web of jukaso is not different. They have called us and sold their plan to me. But as there was medical emergency in my family, so i called them for refund after 2 days but their executive told that process will take 90 days and that too in pdc cheques which is total contradictory to what their executive ms chandani told that i can be cancelled any time and refunded immediately. They did not gave any time to read the contract and where it is mentioned about refund policy. Its not been mentioned anywhere that the refund will be done in pdc
                          Apart from this all the details mentioned in package are fake.
                          Their executive told that emi will be made through jukaso and will be taxfree but after contacting the bank, that has been totally a fake commitment.
                          We have told that they have 150+ hotels but according to their website there are only 12 hotels in india.

                          * their executive told about for free gym for 5 years but i guess your talwalkers gym do not have branch in dlehi-ncr. Even your executive ms chandani said that they have a branch in sector 10 a gurgaon but thats totally a lie.

                              Since last two year, i had requested to provide me reservation for various stations but no reservation has been provided. I have visited atleast 50 times to your office sector 14, gurgaon and everytime your rep given me assurance that your booking will be done but thereafter no action takes place. I have met mr ashwin, pandeji, nitin, ravi and many others but no reservation done. I think i have no option but to go to consumer court along 10-20 other members to resolve the issue.

                              Recently, again i have requested booking for rooms at portblair but no booking confirm yet.

                              Please help me out or otherwise cancel my id and refund the amount

                                I had received a call saying i win a lucky draw and for collecting i have visit there office in gurgaon. When i visited the office they are offering me the membership and telling all the benefits which are fake and mis commitments. They are saying i have the pay in emi of rs. 1, 600/- but they swipe my credit card with full amount of 80, 000/- and when i demanded refund they said you have to wait for 3 month for processing and after 3 months they will provide me the pdc cheque of 3-6 months.

                                I had demanded my refund on next day.

                                I surprised to see that non of executive picked by call and there is no response from customer care no.

                                Jukaso is selling fake product, there is no customer care support.

                                They just pulled the money from customer and send the customer into the hell.

                                  This incident happened in jukaso inn, 50, sunder nagar, near delhi zoo, new delhi, delhi 110003. The thing started from a mall, they got a coupon filled from us in a mall. After a day, they called us continuously to take come to their place. When we went there, they offered some holiday schemes for 5 to 25yrs ranging from 1.5 lacs to 10 lacs in indirect ways. After they insisted, i discussed to get the package with andaman tour with complete package of tour and flights, and they falsely promised to provide the same at rs.80, 000/- and within 1 week they registered me to jukaso journey 5years membership and provided me a card and a file having membership certificate. Few days later i just googled and searched the reviews for jukaso jurneys and found only negative & worst reviews of their service. So, i decided to cancel the membership and went to jukaso inn delhi. They said cancellation will not return my money easily and suggested me to take the service and convinced me to continue the same.
                                  But at the time of my need they denied to provide the same. Firstly few days they did'nt respond properly, after some days they said to call them 15 days before my plan. I called, but they did'nt respond properly. I called so much time for the same. Then the take away manager guided me to call customer care no.[protected]. When no one responded i emailed to - [protected]@jukasojourneys.com and as usual there was no response. So i replied 2-3 times with anger. After that i got a reply that they don't have any packages for andaman & can't provide the same and i might get my holiday in one of their hotels listed for their rest of locations in india only. After that i talked to those persons which were involved in providing me the package but they misbehaved.
                                  The whole scene of providing the membership was done in manner that any one can be trapped. No use of mobiles allowed, a room with loud music.

                                  Finally i gave up to let this matter go.

                                  But,
                                  Now recently i have a call a week before to pay my annual renewal. Which reminded me that incident again. So i decided to write a complaint.

                                  Sharing some details as follows-

                                  Paid - 80, 000/- for 5 years membership.

                                  As I have dropped an email on 7th jan 2018 for cancellation of my Contract (ID-49523) to jukaso, they replied that as per their policy 60% of my money will be refunded with additional 3% card charged deduction. I said to settle all this and on the same day i.e. 8th jan 2018, Ashwani Garg replied that request has been forwarded to finance and they will coordinate with me, but till now no reply from them.

                                  I got call from Jukaso executives and after 3-5 reminders -I have got Hotel Booking for Andaman (Image Attached) on 5th feb'18, but still waiting for the Air tickets to be booked. Sent too much reminders but still awaited. How much time it will take to do so????
                                  I don't know whether I would get the desired package or not, as per commitment (image attached). This is making my patience uncontrolled.

                                  The current update is - I got the Air tickets for my round trip journey. So now I am having my hotel stay and Air Ticket booked.

                                    At the time of taking membership wehad informed your person about our goa holiday plans in january 2108, they saud that they cpuld provide accomodation, further once the money was paid there was no communication for around 10 days, the contact no of your person was even not reachable, later they confirmed that they will do the flight bookings on the required dates, once we transfer the money, but since we were already having trust issues we said them to book our accomodation and we will book the flights on our own, and now when the flights are booked on smae dates as discussed with them, they are saying no accomodation is available on said dates

                                      We had withdrawn our application of 5 years mini travel plan jhp traveller id 185952 contract id 100779 which we have opted on 16 nov 17 as per the clause of the contract 8.1 within 10 days after down payment through e-mail on 17 nov 17 for which the reference was id 1001266 and again mailed them on 19 nov 17 for which the reference id was 1001451. The reason for withdrawal was that a lot of things have been told by the sales representative and had not been mentioned in the agreement, a violation of trust between customer and service provider. Also a lot of negative feedback about the company on media about the services. We went to company office on 25 nov 17 and had given a written complaint to their rep miss esha pandey in turn she told that she would arrange a meeting with higher management but after that there was no communication from the company side. Whenever we called her she used to send sms that she is busy in meeting. On 01 jan 18 she responded that she had left the company as it a company of cheats and even they have not paid her the salary. She is also going to court to sue them. The company is not responding to mails also. It seems that they are cheats and be-fooling everyone that is why not responding. As we have withdrawn our application through above stated dates e-mails and hard copy was also given in office on 25 nov 17. The company is requested to refund our money rs 90000/- out of rs 95000/- immediately after deducting rs 5000/- administrative charges as per the agreement for contract id 100779 traveller id 185952 booked on 16 nov 17 worth rupees 95000/- (Rs. Ninety five thousand only) otherwise we have to go for legal action.
