Dear sir,

I manish gulati have made the complaint on 5-7-17 regarding my tv, my serial no. Is 23178manishgu050816 which is under warranty. Few months back your engineer taken my st to ahmadabad for a month for repair also but we are facing same problem till now.
I have neither get my complaint no. Nor any engineer visited us.

Kindly see into the matter urgently.

    Boss sound link mini bluetooth speaker its not original product.

    At the product conformation call i will confirmed that product is original pic?
    At that time your representative ask yes sir this is original product (I also have call recording of this conversation) and i received duplicate product. So this is clearly fraud from your side. And now i am going in consumer court for this fraud.

      I have already complain many time that my led tv switch of any time and show red light. First your technician says that my led mother board has to be changed and in service you say that mother board changed. After 4 to 5 day i face again same problem. Next time your technician take my led tv and say to check and return again to say that nothing problem. I again next day face same problem.
      So i request you to replace my led tv soon.

      My TV sensor is not working and due to that i cant use my remote to control my TV. cant be able to get in touch with Jumbo guys as there numbers are switched off and toll free disconnecting since last one week. kindly help so i can talk and avail warranty. Residing Central Delhi (New Delhi).

        First of all the person who attend the call at customercare is even ready to fight with me and say jo karna hai karle. This is what kind of people who attend the call at [protected] jumbo warranty

        My matter was i bought sony 4k led and was under jumbo warranty. I got lining issue within 10 days of my tv. So i did a complaint and they took my tv for 1 month and gave it back to my as it is. I mean seriously for 1 month i am out of tv and all they do is gave it back as it is.

        Lining in my tv was very rare. It would come very much randomly. But it would come for sure. I took all the pics of lining. The pattern of lining was also uneven. It would change the place and pattern eveey time it would come.
        So as i got my tv back i got the line on display again in 3 days. So i was shocked i called them again and i said i thought the issue was solved. They again quickly take aways my tv and again for a month they took it back. When i called them again and again they said your panel is being finally replaced. So as i got my tv back in a hope that issue of display is solved.. I got line on display again. I was just blank and yes they lied about replacement of my display.
        So finally m calling them again and again and they just want to observe the tv and if did not come under their observations then they consider it being ok. So they can even lie to you.
        Now i am helpless with their warranty.

        Uneducated for sure whoever attend the call is now like kya hai.. Company fraud lagti hai toh jo karna hai karle.. Call record karle internet pe daal de.. M sure it do gave me anger and i would might go consumers court if my display panel is not replaced or solved.

          I purchased me samsung new tv with jumbo warranty. With extram money on 24.02.2015and my jumbo warranty id is 6988 Then after 10 to 15 days i realised there is black spots showing on my tv. And after few days it increase from 1 spot to 9 and the i call to jumbo service there technician come then i sow them that spots then he take the tv from my home and told me that there is a prob of display we will provide you new display panel with in 10 days. And after few days tod u the status of tv. Then i got no rply from there side so i call them on friday then on saturday then today. Every time they told me that they will call back then today they call me back and told me that we have term and cond that we will repair tv only when if it have a spot more then 9... And nothing is providing in the warranty form. And they are refusing to repair my tv now i m feal like cheated by that company so pl do some thing ther phone no is[protected] and [protected] plzzz do some thing. Help me. They are not solving my problem

Then after 10 to 15 days i realised there is black spots showing on my tv.             they repair my tv and deliver it after 3 or 4 day of complain and after 15 to 20 days same problem appear in my tv then i complain on 20 jan 2015 and till now onone come to take my tv continuously i m calling them and they are refusing my call or telling me the will call back but never call.and i send them many email to on email they are blackmailing me to del this add only then they will take some action.and now this is the status of my tv.i am calling them continuously several times a day but no proper responds from there side .as its 1 months past it i dot even know they will come to repair my tv or not ...which is very disgusting attitude from there side .and irritating me lot.i call them 2day 25 times but the didnt attend my call .and sms me (wait for 2 hrs our business head is talk to you after that we take dicision) and after 3 hrs no call from them then i try to call them and they didnt attend my call

            jumbo warranty they are just making a fool of people .they take your money on a name of warrenty and provide you nothing ...and just increase your trouble ...

            taken Sony TV with Jumbowarrenty sr. no .15749SHAILEND261015, no person from Jambo visited the site. Feeling sad.
            Dear sir we are provide service in AGRA, ALIGARH, ALLAHABAD, BAREILLY, KANPUR, LUCKNOW, SAHARABPUR, VARANASI in U.P. if do not have service near by than customer have to take their led tv Nearest Location. this is team and condition

            I Pursed Jumbo warranty in Mumbai, in 7 days my led tv is fired reason of voltage Fluctuation, after that i call to customer care[protected] of Jumbo Warranty, my complaint is attend in 24 hours but according to jumbo warranty terms it not covered in warranty but i Request to them, After That Jumbo Warranty take Great Decision he was solve my Problem and and replace my defective part without any payment and worry, i always refer to another for Jumbo warranty.
            Dear sir,

            I have Purchase on television of Sony LED 50 " and done jumbo warranty as per attach warranty card.

            First of all when I have seen lining in bottom in LED, I contact jumbo warranty person, he was visit my home and tell me we have to pick this led to our service station, I ask him what is Problem, he told me, we can not say anything without open led, I told him sir if you some doubt in TV for damage please open here and show me otherwise do not tell it is damage after reach your service station there is not any single mark on screen you can also see in attach zip (tv before send service station)

            Finally, he was not agreed and pick up television at my home on date 19/4/2017 and on 21/4 /2017 he told me on whats up you LED is liquid damage.without any further communication
            he send me led at my home when i ask him problem is solve ??
            deliverymen told me you do not about led, i replied him no sir, it was liquid damage. I told him
            this not fair, I not given received sign.

            After received led they have make damage led because they have to prove to damage piece you can also see in photos before send and after receive led in from service station

            second, after few day when i trying to screen mirroring with mobile then time I have seen the led MODEL was 50W950C and serial number is not found you can see also in attach zip (card detail and system information) they have replaced my mother board.when, I ask him they told me we have not open single screw ( then why they have pick up led

            Please give me decision as soon as possible
