Just Bake — Cake is not delivered and Refund is also not initiated

I ordered cake online from just bake (Order number: JBWED[protected].
After successful order and payed money online. I didn't hear back from just bake. I was expecting a refund to be initiated from their end. Contacted just bake WhatsApp number but no response and tried calling them who is not even picking up the call. I tried all the just bake numbers available online and none of this is working. I also wrote to Just bake team via email.
There is no intimation or acknowledgment from their part on the status.
I need refund the amount.
