Hi,
I have booked a birthday cake online on 11th July for Rs.1100. First of all, the online platform was allowed to me to book a cake for 11th July evening and asked to select a franchise. I was successfully able to book a cake. I went to take a delivery of my cake to the selected franchise, they told that I should order atleast one day before, not sure why the platform was allowed to take the order. I had to cancel the order and buy a cake directly, now the cancelled order refund is still not come to me. Was this information helpful? |
