I had placed an online order Order ID :JBWED008314 of Rusty Rasberry Chocolate cake 500gm on 30th Dec to be delivered on 31st December, the payment mode was online, they have included delivery charges during payment . When i called the store manager he said home delivery is not possible have issue with online order and asked me to cancel the order and get refund . I have made repeated calls to customer care, but the calls are unanswered . Was this information helpful? | 
Asked them if this can be deliverd to the address provided in whatsapp 4 to 5 times. They told it can be deliverd. Did the complete payment and then the just bake people are telling that we cannot refund the amount and cake also cannot be deliverd as the location of the shop was bangalore.
I was not sure on the just bake location so i had asked first itself to confirm the location
Please resolve my issue now
