I had placed a irish coffee cake order for my mom's birthday which was on 21st of november. The order was placed on 20th evening at 6:30 pm and the expected delivery was between 7:30 to 9:30 pm. Even the paymnet was done online and receipt was printed and the they gave the expected time for the cake to reach the destination. Waited till 9:30 pm for the arrival of the cake. Later when i called the local shop for where the cake was supposed to be delivered, no response at all from their side. I even dropped a mail regarding this issue. No response so far.
