Just Bake — Refund not issued instead sending fake refund status

Hi,
This is regarding the just bake fraud happening wrt to online orders. I have ordered online my anniversary cake from just bake on 31st March 2021. But they have cancelled it saying the flavor not available but refund has not made to me. This is not only me who has faced issue but many others like me which you can see info here in https://www.consumercomplaints.in/bycompany/just-bake-a348295.html

I hope at-least through this website i get some help to make sure that no others like me gets cheated by them going forward.
