I had taken a contract with just dial where they got signed a ecs fr payment of rs. 408 per week. The said contract is going on few a few years now. Currently i realized that the said services is nt of any good for me hence i wanted to stop the services n stop the ecs mandate as there is no specific tenure to the contract. When i put the request on just dial mobile app to stop ecs i received a call from just dial customer care who informed me tht they have taken the request n after serving 3 months notice period they will stop it once i again inform them to stop the same after three months from my current request. I asked then my signed contract does nt have any such clause n if there is plz show me to which the customer care executive replied tht she will arrange a call from concerned department bt till date i haven't received one n such mandates cannot be stopped from branch level. This is cheating n breach of trust. Once i have cancelled my contract n informed u to. Stop the services u provide and also the payment then u cannot keep debiting my account whem i have withdrwaan my consent to the same.
