[Resolved]  Just Dial Ltd. — Jd omni contact (refund of money)

Updated by Guru Nanak Holiday Travels I took package for website promotion name as jd omni from just dial ltd. And they assured me that they will provide this services in 3 months, i signed this contract in may 2016, but they not even responded till today, so i makes lot of calls on there customer care number regarding this matter, but i not received positive response, then after some time i send mail & make call that i am not interested in this contact you please refund my money, i send them reminder mails, my contract was singed for total amt. 75, 000/-. I gave rs. 4500/- by cheque rest of amt. Was on ecs mode means rs.1500/- deducts from bank a/c monthly, lat month i told them to stop this contract but still amt. Is deducting from my a/c. So please help me sir. I am sending mails i sent are as follows :

1) as per telephonic discussion about jd omni contract, that you will provide website in first week of july, but you did not complete it in time and because of some other reasons (Bad services provide by you, today i am waiting call from 11.00 am regarding jd omni training & yesterday from your office took appointment for that and he said we will call you at 11: 00 am, but i waited long near about 1:30 pm, then i make call on your customer care no. But no one is available on this department and then i call mr. Vishal singh your employee situated in shimla, i told him nobody makes me call regarding jd omni than he also tried to contact relating department but same result, than i told him that i don't want this product and please refund my money with interest, ) so regretfully i am not interested in jd omni any more, therefore i requests you to please refund my money relating to this contract (Jd omni).

2) as per telephonic discussion and mentioned 2 send mails details (11 days before) about jd omni contract, but no response get from your end, as per you promised at the time of signing contract that you will provide website in first week of july, but you did not complete it in time and because of some other reasons (Bad services provide by you, (On 22 july 2016 my appointment was fixed but i not received any call from your office took appointment therefore please refund my money with interest, ) so regretfully i am not interested in jd omni any more, therefore i requests you 3 time, please refund my money relating to this contract (Jd omni).
