I am based out of mumbai and have started an ad agency. So i enquired on justdial, after couple of calls a person visited with proposal and we agreed on an amount.
I was told to make an advance payment of rs.11, 727 for 3months and the executive (Rahul bajaj) got an ecs form signed saying the transaction will start after 3months. But i received a verification call when i came to know the ecs will start from this month itself. So the amount they took from me was a deposit but taken from me as advance. This is pure fraud. I wish to receive refund for same.

Note: there are loads of complaints again justdial on this forum itself and not sure how many have been exrcuted and turned into a positive result for end user. If you (Indian consumer complaint forum) can not do anything against them which stops all these scams. Or if this portal is incapable of taking any kind of actions i would say i wasted 15mins of life trying to get things right.

I had started one justdial service before 4 years with company name "youbird technology llp". I have already shutdown my business before 3 years. I have requested many time to stop this service but you are still deducting money from my account via ecs payment. I have already paid more than 70k rupees after shutdown my business. I have requested many times to stop my service with ecs payment but there is not help.

I have a business at platinum position named LAXMI BUILDER IN bhilai city District Durg Chhattisgarh.
From last 2 months I have complaining to the company that my business isn't listed at top position Mr. Prafful choose from Bhilai and miss Deepali rambade are signing my contract they know everything about this matter. They haven't replied me and I am frustrated I think the pin code problem is there in my contract please I have paid more then 10000 for the position for all the Bhilai city but it shows only in one pin code of Bhilai whereas Bhilai having approx 15 pin codes. Please help me

I have purchase a LG 32 inch LED TV thru Flipkart on 11 aug 2016 at 9 AM. AS per JD vertified, they promised that the product will be delivered with 7 hours if they book the order before 2 PM for that day.

In the website, the product was cost Rs: 19, 399/= but they have debited Rs: 19942/=

even letting go the amount difference, I had contact Just dial to inquire when the product is getting delivered, they keep repeating that the concern department will get in contact with you within 1 hour. it has seem 3 hour no one has called from Just dial or retailer.

I have cancelled the products going forward, will trust products from flipkart and snapdeal

Justdial.com are irritating by calling at minor complains to companies. I received a call in morning. One client material was two day delayed, then Justdial.com executive call me and reacted like that they are legal authority in India. They don't listen and they also don't know two to three delay in dispatch is not uncommon in Business to Business transaction. Everyone know Justdial ask for money from companies to give them review and rating, then how can they are authorized to make this type of calls. Where can I complain about justdial spam calling...

I have a business listing on just dial before 2 month.
I want to stop it because i have not get any profit for it. So we drop a mail against for it. But they didn't stop my services. So i request please stop it

Without my permission Ms. Just Dial Company register ECS to my bank account. and start withdrawing money from my account. i am sending lots of complaints through email & Phones regarding this theft from my account. but they did not give single solution to me. from last Two month they continuously withdraw money from my account. i totally harass from these corporate loot. cant understand, what i do???
I request this INDIAN CONSUMER FORUM, please help me and save me from these type of corporate loot. and help me to get refund of money.

Just dial executives contacted me to register my company details to prmote my company i also pay the amount through demand draft to your company staff. They said that your id will be activated within 2 to 3 days. But there is no responce from your company side. So i need my payment refund otherwise transfer my money to my another account in the name of 'friends care service'. Register mobile : [protected]

Stop ecs and refund of extra ecs.
I am requesting them to refund and stop the ecs since may 2015 still they are deducting the amount without any services rented to me from that period

I writing from EXIN, Bhilai, chhattisgarh.
we have a NACH/ECS of 856/- for just dial serivces and the NACH/ECS is sent to my current account ICICI bank, a/c no[protected].

i have closed my institiute EXIN, bhilai. hence dont require just dial services.

so cancel my NACH/ECS at the earliest as im not in a position to pay the justdial charges.

I happened to be an existing and a satisfied customer of justdial until i met there sales team. They are a bunch of people without ethics and does not have any sense of commitment.

Day 1 : i got a call from the justdial team informing about the renewal which was due for which i promptly called them to come and collect the cheque.
Day 2 : this is where my mental trauma and agony started. The sales person name nikhil roy came to my office and misguided me and made me sign 3 contracts and took the cheques from me. On the same day i had even highlighted the previous instance of the sales person attitude where they absconded once they get the cheque for which his prompt response was i am not among them.
Day 5 : my cheque get cleared for all the 3 contracts and as per the same my contract has been degraded from a premium segment which was earlier to an ordinary contract and my leads flow as become almost negligible.
Day 6 : i called mr nikhil for the clarification for which he assured me of getting it rectified and it has been 25 days and he is nowhere to be seen.
Day 7 : i call the customer care and inform them to get this rectified and this where the entire team attitude come to picture. They call me every alternate day and assure they are sending some person and post 25 days i am still waiting to meet one person.
Day 8 to day 25 : i have made some 20 calls and written some 10 mails asking for a small information. Please provide me a mail id for escalation or a nodal desk id where i can stop the contract and save my money and ask for a refund. The only answer i get is to write to the generic id.

It has been 25 days and after a lot metal agony and trauma i have not been able to get to the nodal desk or the customer people who are professional enough in justdial to address my issue.

What is the best way to take action on these kind o[censored]nprofessional people.
I have documented and each and every meeting and the mail conversation done and i am sure they would have all the recording of what i have spoken till date with there so called customer service people.

My name is vijayakumar r and i have die up with just dial for promoting my company maxpro hr solution, some personal commitment could not continue and i stopped ecs one year before (2015), after that there is no connection with just dial, now without any intimation they deducted some (Rs.115) charges from my account through ecs more than five times without my knowledge, due to insufficient balance ecs has been returned so 115+ ecs return charge =287 has deducted 6 times in my account, totally i have lost my money rs.1722/- (287*6), so i need my money and proper explanation from your side.

I have got many calls and offer from justdial then i have purchased the justdial 12 month contract of 36000 and at the starting i paid 6900 in advance to startup the service on 8 july 2016 till now zero proper lead i got from just dial.
Ome people call me from justdial using just dial virtual number and the company tell me that was a lead...
These kind of calls i gets. While taking the contract of 12 months they told me that...

Details of ac service vendor (Om sai ram, kalkaji delhi) has been provided by just dial. This vendor has taken rs 9000 for repair ans replacement of compressor, however the ac did not even work for more than two hours. He is not ready to visit again and repair our ac. His behaviour is rude and indecent. Inspite of repeated requests he did not appear. He is not willing to refund the amount.

Sir, last month your exuctive ms. Poonam kate was came in my office. & says ur offer i told her i want thane to ghatkopar all types water purifier repair, service, & sell want in 1st possion. She fill the form contract for annual & take a cheque. I paid 2 cheque ur company name. 1st 10, 000 & 2nd after 5 month 8000. Now i saw ur company can't provide me good service u self search in service or repair not register & in sells my company name not saw in 1, 2, 3 page i really disappoint with your company. Now ur exuctive misbehave with me. Please short out my problem in a week otherwise i take legally action ur company.

I had an account with just dial in the name of designing crew which i cancelled on 2nd april 2015 via email send on the same day after clearing all dues and later the account was closed.

On general perusal of my bank statement, i was shocked and surprised that there were numerous debit transactions made in the month of july 2016 for this account previous held by me. when i called the customer service numbers, i was informed that these were debits for maintenance of the account- (how can i be charged when i'm not using your services any longer !) your representative then tells me that bills were generated for these amounts . if bills were generated, how come i never received any such bills? i didn't receive any message via sms or call that the service should be renewed or reactivated. it was directly activated without intimating !

The company has debited approximately rs 5357/- from my account and not even had the professionalism of intimating me or even sending me a receipt. is this the way a reputed firm does business ?

I am hoping that this matter will be resolved as soon as possible as i do not want the services of just dial and the debited amount refunded back to my account.

I have listing of my business on justdial since 1.5 years. Since last 6 months the services has gone bad. Since jan am requesting justdial to provide me proper services or stop the ecs. Each complaint has been transferred to the retention manager and after discussion the service is closed with per discussion the ecs has been retained.
Since last 1 month am following up to stop the ecs, justdial is not responding, or retention manager is just giving false promises that some or other executive will visit our office and discuss how they can provide better services with upgrades.
Justdial is reluctant to stop ecs, i want to stop the service as its not helping in anycase to uplift my business.

Need solution on priority.

Money debited without intimation after 13 months of service termination

To the concerned authority in just dial,

This is to inform you that i had entered into a contract with you in may 2015 for my firm name maple dreams in mumbai. however after the initial month, your ecs was not cleared from my account due to some papaerwork issue between you and the bank. mr. ajeet nayak was the salesperson involved. he then came back to me saying we need to renew the contract again and we did so. however again the ecs was not cleared by the bank due to some paperwork issue bet ween you and the bank and thereby the ecs debit was stalled from thereon. mr. ajeet was instructed to shut down my account by me.

Since 2015 july there has been no transaction with just dial neither am i getting any enquiries. now all of a sudden today morning on 26 july 2016 an amount of rs. 5573 has been deducted from my account without my consent.

What kind o[censored]nprofessional unethical behavior is this?

Your executives never called me

After i called and complained your executives lie and give false commitments on phone. they promised to solve in 15 mins and haven't done for almost 3 hrs

Then they dodge you when u call their office, make u wait for long time, disconnect the call midway and pass the phone to other employees.

Then what was initially said would be resolved in 15 mins is now postponed to 2 days and still with no guarantee of resolution.

This is consumer harassment

Kindly shut down my account and give me my money back or else i have to take legal action.

Hi i got the celebrity driving class number, electronics city from just dial. I contacted them because of the good rating given on your website.

I payed money to the driving class owner, they were irregular for the classes right from the beginning and now before completing my classes they have eloped with the money i paid.
I had 10 more classes left. I keep calling them but they are not picking up my call and their office is closed.
Please take some action against this people and help us get our money back.
