This is to bring to everybody’s notice the poor customer service experience we had with just dial, a well established company offering advertising services to clients like us on a paid basis.

A few months back, we bought one of the corporate advertising packages of just dial to promote our services in the delhi and ncr region. After calling them for the package, we were very promptly serviced by their service executive, who came in asap to collect the advertising package fee we had agreed to buy.

After the fee had been collected by just dial and our advertising plan was subsequently activated, we started looking for leads to come our way. But unfortunately even after 2 months of our advertising plan activation at just dial, we had hardly received a single valid lead in return.

Now whenever we call at their service number, we are promptly replied by the service executives that our grievance will be duly addressed. But till now, there has neither been any response nor any proper addressing of our complaint by just dial.

Through this letter, we intend to share our plight with you, so that companies like just dial do not get away with such wrong trade practices in the future.
