Just Dial — Washing machine repair

Hi,

Today at home, my washing machine suddenly stopped working. To get a quick support to repair it, i usually depend on Just Dial, because this is a platform where i get my issue addressed in minutes. So i had to call Just Dial. After the conversation with Just dial user, i got calls from many service providers as usual. One of them was near by and was able to come quickly. He checked and informed me the issue and the price to fix it. With belief that it would be a reasonable price i told him to fix the issue. He removed the board of the washing machine and took with him. Later i got a call from another person, 'it seems that the board is issue, how much would you charge to fix this?" i asked. The service provider from other end told me a price which was nearly 3times lesser to which the other person told. When i called the person who took the board initially with him, he was very arrogant and he refused to return the item he took with him(unfortunately i did not record the call). I wish not to tell the price of the services, but if Just Dial have a policy or something to compare and have all the service providers charge a fair and a reasonable amount for the issue. Instead there is a huge difference between one another. I wish you consider this issue and provide a better support in future. CHEERS !!
