I shrishaila patil servings in indian army. On 16 jun 2020 i searching transportion for shifting house hold items from devlali, nasik to belgaum from just dail. I enquires many transport company from just dail. I after 1hours one call came from suraj transport roadway pvt ltd, his name is suraj sant and mobile number is [protected] and he says i am from suraj transport roadway pvt ltd you calling my firm. I said yes. I want truck for shifting house hold items from devlali nasik to belgaum. Then he says rs 17000/-. He says you book a truck prior of 5 days. On 20 jun 2020 i call him for agreement. Lastly rs 16000/ deal with him. He said me rs 8000/ for advance booking of truck. Then he gaves following details with account number :-
Your final rent amount 16, 000th rupee only buy account
Advance booking amount 8000th rupee and unloading payment 8000th rupee only buy account
All including charges
Packing with loading and unloading with insurance and full transporting charges only
Door to door delivered

Finally i send advance payment of rs 8000/- to his above mentioned account number and booked a truck on 24 jun 20 at 0300hrs afternoon. I told him give drivers and truck details. He says giving tommarrow. I communicated with him till 24 jun 2020 but he could not given a driver and truck details. Lastly on 24 jun 20 the truck has not come and i frequently call him but he doesn't reply me. I booked another vehicle on 25 jun 2020 and i reached my home station belgaum.
