JustDial.com — Cancelling my contract along with ECS with JustDial

I have opened my shop Sushma Enterprises in December 2024 in Lucknow. Ziaul from Justdial visits me in December. First I made the payment of Rs 2950 on December 23 2024. Then I made another payment of Rs 2360 on 11 January, to go live on trial basis. Ziaul made promise that my ECS will after two months. I was told that my contract will start from March and Ziaul promised me that my contract will be terminated anytime, if I want. But my ECS started from January 14 2025, 1475 and 1180 Rs deducted from my account. Till today I got zero leads and my catalogue is still not ready. My photos and banner is still pending along with the Certificate from Justdial that was promised to be done within two days .I am requesting Justdial to terminate my contract along with ECS mandate. I don't want refund just free me, I don't want your services.
