I purchased this annual service plan from Justdial on 30th March 2025 for 23010, where they told me in this plan i will get a website designed as per pdf shared on WhatsApp when i asked what all i will get in this plan. Now they are denying it and nobody is even responding in written after doing several complains. They mislead and sold the plan.

Received another call from an executive. When explained the reason, the executive abruptly disconnected the call.
And my account is still active.

JD, how difficult is it for you to understand a simple request?

There has been a fraud with me  done by your representative rohit, he has done false claims and has sold me your banner plan, now he and his manager are not replying to my messages nor picking calls, i clicked stop ecs in app but nothing happens, justdial is not giving me refund and ccare representative says that i have to pay for 12 months says  I have filed a complaint in consumer forum regarding the same, for making false promises and now doging my calls and messages  urgent refund needed.

I had subscribed to Just Dial's National Listing Service and JD Verified Service for my firm JASK & ASSOCIATES based on multiple assurances from their sales team. I made the following payments:

My business is shut down 6 month back i dont have any office or employe in raipur, korba, bilaspur, rajnandgaon and durg. 4 center had very few lead like 1 lead in 2 months. i complained many time but didnt get any solution every time the asked to buy more costly package. I Asked many of your tele caller to stop My services even i mailed also. I am totally bankrupt and dont have money to eat also. from last 8 months i didnot contribute any money in my house for any thing, didnot bought any clothes. requested just dial tele caller to please stop my servises my business is shut down . no buddy helped me. The leads which are being transferred to me are useless and futile. They are just a waste of time and sometimes very old as well as uninterested. I am writing to follow up on my request for the deletion of the following profiles from your platform:

I initially requested the deletion via a call on Sunday and followed up with a reminder call on Tuesday. However, I have yet to receive confirmation regarding the removal of these profiles.

The reason for this request is an unacceptable incident that occurred when your executive visited our office on Sunday and made derogatory comments about the teacher community. We have a zero-tolerance policy regarding such behavior and do not wish to be associated with a platform that allows such conduct from its representatives.

Please confirm whether the profiles have been deleted or provide an update on the status at the earliest.

Someone called from +[protected], from MTNL Delhi, who has been given our number from JustDial regarding internet service, till 10:30 in the morning, he said he will be coming within half an hour but now his number is switched off, he collected cash from us but now he is not available. JustDial is sharing contact numbers of people like us to such fraudsters and such scammers are targeting our hard-earned money

I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint against Justdial and its representatives, Mr. Chandrakant Tiwari (Key Accounts/Marketing Sales Team) and Mr. Shailendra Revekar (Manager), regarding misleading and incomplete information provided, unauthorized listing creation, and overcharging.
On February 13th, 2025, I contacted Mr. Chandrakant Tiwari for an upgrade to my existing plan. However, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional two months' deposit along with a one-month advance EMI, which led me to decline the upgrade. At this point, Mr. Tiwari suggested an alternative – the mobile banner plan. He facilitated a conversation with his senior for pricing negotiations, ultimately agreeing on Rs. 11, 800. However, upon later verification, I discovered that the actual cost of the mobile banner was Rs. 9, 000, meaning I was overcharged by Rs. 2, 800.
Furthermore, Mr. Tiwari later called me around 8 PM, requesting an alternative number and GST details as part of the activation process. I provided my personal number [protected] as the alternative. Shortly after, I received an SMS on my personal number stating that my mobile banner was under process. To my shock, I found that Mr. Tiwari had created a new listing under my personal number under the same business name without my knowledge or consent. Upon checking the Justdial app, I noticed that two listings for "Siddhivinayak Consultant" existed, which was entirely unacceptable.
I immediately contacted Mr. Tiwari to confront him about the unauthorized listing, but he attempted to cover up his actions. The following morning, I received a verification call from Justdial’s department for new business verification and application installation. This confirmed my suspicion that Mr. Tiwari had fraudulently created a new business listing using my personal number [protected].
Despite my repeated calls for over half an hour, Mr. Tiwari ignored my attempts to reach him. When he finally answered, I confronted him about his unethical practices. He then connected me in a conference call with his manager, Mr. Shailendra Revekar, who supported Mr. Tiwari’s actions, claiming that certain information is hidden from clients. This contradicts information I received from multiple Justdial employees, including the Sales and Customer Service departments, who confirmed that existing clients can upgrade their plans without requiring a new listing.
It is evident that Mr. Chandrakant Tiwari and Mr. Shailendra Revekar manipulated the process to falsely show a new client acquisition and payment while misleading me and causing financial and reputational harm. Such fraudulent actions cannot be tolerated.
I have solid proof, including call recordings of conversations with Mr. Tiwari and Mr. Revekar, as well as screenshots of the mobile banner price (Rs. 9, 000) and my payment of Rs. 11, 800. I demand strict legal and disciplinary action against both individuals for their unethical conduct.
Additionally, I am escalating this matter to the Vashi Police Station and the Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai, to initiate legal proceedings. I expect Justdial to take immediate corrective actions, refund the overcharged amount, and ensure such malpractices do not occur in the future.
I await your prompt response and resolution of this matter. Failing to receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to take further legal action through the Consumer Court and other appropriate legal channels.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Justdial for refusing to cancel my subscription and for unauthorized deductions from my account.

I subscribed to Justdial on December 5th, paying the first installment of ₹7, 080. I was assured that no further charges would be deducted before one month. However, my second installment was deducted on December 8th, just three days later. Now, they are informing me that another installment will be deducted within 20 days.

Despite my repeated requests to cancel the subscription due to dissatisfaction with their services, Justdial has refused, claiming it is a one-year subscription and cannot be canceled. Their refusal to honor my cancellation request and the unauthorized deductions are causing significant financial and mental distress.

I request your urgent intervention in this matter to:
1. Ensure Justdial cancels my subscription immediately.
2. Refund the deducted amount of ₹7, 080 for the second installment.
3. Stop any further unauthorized deductions.

New entrepreneurs are facing exploitation by justdial agents, pressured into making payments for services that aren’t delivered. After payment, businesses are told their documents are incomplete, but why weren’t they verified before accepting payment? This unethical practice costs entrepreneurs time, money, and delays in business operations. Justdial must implement transparent processes, ensure document verification before payment, provide clear agreements, and hold agents accountable for misleading businesses. Entrepreneurs deserve a platform that supports their growth, not one that exploits their trust. It's time to demand change.

Just dial is fake and no worth of even a single penny. Marketing executive make big promises, but their actual truth is different. We have experienced this and hence putting this complaint against just Dial.

I am a registered immigration company. I have registered for national pack on Justdial. In the name of best immigration company since there are no relevant leads and there is no business from just dial, I would like to cancel my contract with Justdial. Since I'm paying by monthly ECS scheme of 4720/- every month and now it's more than 6 months I would like to cancel the contract. But their customer service is too rigid, and they are now saying that we cannot cancel the contract now as ECS is blocked for 1 year. However, their marketing person had committed NEERAJ AND TANUJ that in case you don't require the contract you cancel anytime. And now they are too stubborn to cancel my contract. I had raised a complaint 4 months back regarding this and the sales guy said they will stop the payment and submit for notice period but after 4 months also the amount was deducted and on calling the customer service i got to know that they haven't raised any complaint from their end.
Also to bring to your notice when i started this service my Panchkula bank account no was not getting added as ECS. But they started deducting the amount from my other branch account without my knowledge. This is total fraud. Money doesn't come for free. Please cancel the contract I will not pay the monthly ECS here on.

I have registered my business on just dial and since my business wasn't going good I decided to close the business. Everytime I call customer support there is a customer service associate srivani from begumpet hyderabad she very harshly tells me we can't do anything and this is effecting my bank account severely. This srivani from begumpet Hyderabad I am getting connected to her all the time and she never miss a chance to be harsh.
