Sub--COMPLAINT AGAINST JUSTDIAL, NOIDA FOR UNETHICAL PRACTICE AND EXPLOITATION OF CONSUMER
Dear sir,
On 17/4/2024, Mr. Sachin (Mob [protected]) contacted us on behalf of Just Dial, for the advertisement of our PG on Just Dial and took Rs 7080 by paytm as two months advance for the display of ad along with documents and our bank details on the condition that within 2 days ad will be activated and from next month of a monthly of Rs 3540 will be deducted from our account by ECS.
It is horrible to inform that till today, the ad has not been activated and ECS of Rs. 35 40 is being claimed by company for last 3 months.
We took up the issue and requested that if ad is not activated why monthly ECS is being claimed. It should be either stopped or kept in abeyance till the ad is activated or the money should be refunded to us and chapter be closed.
But their reply is money is not refunded, they know how to take money, they don’t know to refund it.
We therefore, request you to take stern action against the company by imposing a heavy penalty for this kind of arbitrary behaviour and exploitation of consumer and help us to recover our money along with indirect loss of around Rs 2 lacs in business .
