Hi,

I purchased this annual service plan from Justdial on 30th March 2025 for 23010, where they told me in this plan i will get a website designed as per pdf shared on WhatsApp when i asked what all i will get in this plan. Now they are denying it and nobody is even responding in written after doing several complains. They mislead and sold the plan.

I have opened my shop Sushma Enterprises in December 2024 in Lucknow. Ziaul from Justdial visits me in December. First I made the payment of Rs 2950 on December 23 2024. Just dial is fake and no worth of even a single penny. Marketing executive make big promises, but their actual truth is different. We have experienced this and hence putting this complaint against just Dial.

Just dial promised for 4-5 leads in each plan and we bought 2 plans (8-10 leads) just becoming trap of their executives.

With 15-20 days of observation, we didn't received any valuable leads. Just 8-9 fake...

My business was registered on just dial by two salespersons, they made false promises about lead generation and business growth, they wanted me to pay 2 months advance downpayment of 4720 rupees which i did with UPI, and they made me sign a ECS mandate form. which said i cannot withdraw from this service before 1 year, so I did not sign on that clause, they fraudulently signed on this clause in my name and processed that mandate by themself.br...
