My business was registered on just dial by two salespersons, they made false promises about lead generation and business growth, they wanted me to pay 2 months advance downpayment of 4720 rupees which i did with UPI, and they made me sign a ECS mandate form. which said i cannot withdraw from this service before 1 year, so I did not sign on that clause, they fraudulently signed on this clause in my name and processed that mandate by themself.
Later I did read online reviews and talk to other shopkeepers just dial looting their customers by this mandate and their fake promises, so I complained in just dial portal and also told the salespersons to not process my mandate and cancel my service and provide me a refund, after I told them this they stopped replying to me.
The complains that I registered on just dial portal were handled unprofessionally and closed on their behalf, i told the customer care agents to stop my account and NACH and provide me a refund which they refused to do so, and also did not stop my NACH.
I also mailed to Justdial feedback email to stop my NACH mandate but i have not got any reply from them, they are such fraudsters that they have not provided a customer care email id in their website, or any other email.
I want that:-
(1) My downpayment of 4720 rupees be refunded into my account because I have not used any service from Justdial and have got no benefit from them.
(2) My NACH mandate be cancelled as soon as possible
(3) My business be removed from Justdial website
