Asked them to remove my phone number

Previously my mobile number was registered as queens beauty parlor contact number. It use to belong to the owner of queens beauty parlor .

But I have taken that number five years ago .
When I first got call from justdail about beauty parlor.
I made them clear that it use to belong to beauty parlor.
But I have taken this phone number and it has no connection with any beauty parlor and I don't run a beauty...

Washing machine repair

Hi,

Today at home, my washing machine suddenly stopped working. To get a quick support to repair it, i usually depend on Just Dial, because this is a platform where i get my issue addressed in minutes. But I can not see my business advertisement in just dial but when I separately search my business name it can been seen in just dial flat form.

Painter fraud take money and runout

I searched a Painter in ur just dial recived a call from Painter name srinivasan his contact number [protected].he is not completed painting and he get amount and run out... I fed out soo much about ur service like this type of subscription of fraud people's from your site .and he is not picking my call also.i can't able to find out.please resolve this problem or else I go for customer grievance....

Refrigerator repairing

I booked refrigerator service on just dail. The mechanic took 2300 for repairing fridge but still it is not working.from the time of Repairing. Worst service provided by just dail. The boy was not exeperienced just came and earned 2300 for 2hours and gone....

Stop Ecs

When will you stop ECS. Which is supposed to stop by May 2020. Still you are presenting the ECS. Everytime we call your representatives taking time to resolve the issue. We are losing money.
Every thing is clear from bank side.
Today i.e, 28oct2020, called to JD ECS department, they are asking time to confirm this. Not getting proper answers from the representative.

Washing machine repair service

On 29/06/20, i called just dial to inquire about washing machine repairing service provider. I called "just cooling repair and service" which had a decent rating on just dial, assuming my problem would be solved. The repairing team of 2 people came and did the work and raised a bill of ₹2, 400/- with 6 months warranty. But only after 10 days the machine was still showing the same issues as it was showing before repairing. We tried calling...

Not able to cancel my subscription

We have been trying to cancel our just dial subscription for more than 3 months without success. Every time we get different procedure to be followed and we are going round and round for 3 months now.

After multiple calls and emails we were able to get a written email from them to deactivate the services on 15th june with one month notice. They asked us to call us back on 15th july.

Iam the owner of M/S Metro Telecare Virar West was signed agreement with JustDial. Without my knowledge they renewed the agreement and debited ECS every month even after my continuous mail regarding to cancel my agreement and stop ECS. But no any action taken from JD. Last year on Sept'19 i was resigned from Samsung and shutdown my business from that location and requested many times to remove posting from your site. But till now no any action...

misinformation while selling package: supreme pack

I refer to our telecom with ms arti. Despite my request, mr. Kaviraj, who is our relationship manager, he has not contacted me. Ms. Arti was very disrespectful while dealing with me.

First of all, we are very disappointed with your services. Despite taking an expensive package of inr 42, 000/-, we have received very few queries from justdial and even lesser queries during lockdown period.
